First order for a little trip, the description could generate confusion and made me think the starting point was in Montreal instead of Quebec City.

If you see a product you like, look for it on the internet, I guarantee you will find it for less than half the price elsewhere. I paid $30 for a children’s camera and the quality is so cheap! Amazon and Ali Express sell it for about $6.
For experiences, the cost is about the same as getting it straight from the supplier and you’re limited by all sorts of blackout dates and it’ll expire before you can find a date you can use it.

This company is a fraud. I placed an order for 2 tickets and they charged me 3, and they refused to refund for this ticket I never purchased. They have a contact section, but you can't reach out them by phone or chat, so it is almost impossible to talk to a representative to obtain an explanation. I want my money back.

We sold and honored 14 packages and they are refusing to pay us since February!
They owe us over $3800 and they said they will only disburse in September 2022, yet they took their 25% commissions on Feb 28.
In addition, there is NO way to speak to anyone in accounting.
So much for them helping small business!
BUYER BEWARE: Tuango is known to sell using bad business tactics. They use policy such as "Subject to availability" and "No refunds", AFTER you purchase you will find out there is no availability and you will NOT get a refund. You bought NOTHING!
