Purchased a Tubby Nugget birthday video through the site. They send you a form to fill out, which I did, and they sent the video 16 days after I ordered it - bear in mind the website says 7 to 14 working days for videos to arrive, so bear this in mind when you order. The video was perfect, exactly as asked for, and my husband loved it!

LE: The customer support is abysmal and takes between 7-12 days to recieve a answer to any email. They claimed the order cannot be delivered because my address cannot be found on google maps (Who uses google maps for shipping logistics?). When i shared the exact address on google maps, they still didn't ship the package. Upgraded the review to 2 stars just because they refunded my order eventually.

I placed an order 15 days ago and besides the confirmation email i recieved no other communication from them.
Over a week ago i tried to email them (on their contact email) to ask when they think they will be able to ship the order. After recieving no reply, a few days later i tried to use their contact form.
Again, i recieved no reply. They either have no customer support employees or the website is a scam and i’m 80USD lighter.
