Monthly membership hard to cancel.
I would give this five starts but I’ve cancelled my monthly membership twice now and both times, my card has been charged the following month.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could.
I will admit that the software mostly does what it says it will do.
It's slow, but it works.
That's not my issue with TubeSift.
My issue is that they rebilled me without warning since I was on the annual plan.
I was NOT sent an email reminder that I would be rebilled (and yes, I checked promotions, spam, primary, etc. I even asked support for the subject line and couldn't find any reminder emails).
But guess what? All their promotional emails and everything else sure found its way into my inbox.
They refused to refund me despite me making them aware of the issue the same day I was billed (I guess they need the money pretty badly).
Then shortly after, customer service (in addition to being extremely slow) tried to cancel my access to TubeSift while still charging me for another year.
The representatives refused to even try to work with me on this issue. Absolutely terrible experience with a terrible company that I'll make sure to never recommend or support again.
I will reiterate, the tool itself works (mostly) for what it says it will. If they'd been more professional about it or at least pretended to care, I would have given them at least 3 stars since their tool works well enough.
It's their HORRIBLE customer service that killed it for me.
tl:dr
The DMV has better customer support than TubeSift.
Horrible user experience for a mediocre tool.
AVOID.

No option to cancel tubesift subscription
We opted for a free trial of 7 days by paying $1 - Now we don't wish to continue but there is no option to cancel the subscription.
This is not looking good.
