We had a wonderful trip in Peru organised by Tucano. Everything was well organised and punctual with carefully selected hotels in each city. The excursions and activities selected for us were always the best and must sees at each destination, we didn’t feel we missed anything. The guides are knowledgeable, passionate, and attentive. By far the best tour company we have used! Highly recommended! At every stop from Lima to Cusco, to the Sacred Valley, to Machu Picchu, to Rainbow Mountain, our guides were great and the transitions seamless. It was reassuring to know that Nohelia and the Tucano team were working behind the scenes to make sure that our Peru trip ran smoothly. Boarding passes appeared as if by magic in my WhatsApp in good time for internal flights, and there were regular messages to keep in touch. Our guide, Saturnino, was exceptional and the drivers we had for each section were excellent and we felt very safe.

Excellent organization throughout our 10-day tour. Transportation was consistently punctual, and the transfer staff and guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We felt exceptionally well cared for throughout the trip, especially when my husband experienced altitude sickness. The team's attentiveness and support were greatly appreciated.

What an incredible experience in Barranco!
I enjoyed every moment from beginning to end. We started with a beautiful activity on the beach that helped us connect with nature, let go of inner tensions, and become more present and aware.
The walking tour through Barranco was fascinating. Meeting talented artists and learning about the emotions and stories reflected in their work was truly inspiring.
One of the most memorable moments was visiting CENTRAL, where we gained a deeper appreciation for the immense research, innovation, and logistics behind their extraordinary products. Equally impressive was learning about the remarkable team of people whose passion, knowledge, and dedication bring this vision to life.
We ended the day with a wonderful meditation session that allowed us to reconnect with ourselves. It was relaxing, liberating, and deeply meaningful.
What touched me the most and truly elevated my energy was the Chaupin Oracle, an Ancestral Andean Wisdom experience. It was a powerful moment of reflection, connection, and inspiration that added a very special dimension to the journey.

Amazing! We shall struggle to top our recent trip to Peru. We spent a month in various places in Peru (as well as Iguazu Falls and Chile). The trip was personalised and especially designed for us to tick off some bucket list destinations and experiences. From the time we arrived until we left, we felt special. It was easy and everything was organised for us with great attention to detail. We received regular communication, reminders and updates via WhatsApp so were never left wondering. We were pleasantly surprised that so many meals were included so we got to try a lot of local foods and spent less on food than we had budgeted for. The English of the chosen local guides was very good and we learnt a lot about the local culture and areas. As we were on private tours we were easily able to ask questions and make regular unscheduled stops to take photos. It was the perfect holiday and exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend Tucano Peru Travel.

I had the privilege of bringing a group of 12 people on a spiritual pilgrimage through Peru, and Tucano (and the owner Veronica) played a huge role in making the experience seamless, supportive, and deeply meaningful. Coordinating a group journey with this many moving parts requires tremendous care, organization, and presence, and they handled it beautifully.

Tucano was a great support during our 18 dat trip throughout multiple locations in Peru. They were helpful and flexible when we were confronted with a flight cancellation, impacting our tours. They rapidly and nicely reorganized and rebooked our domestic flights and program. They even threw in some extras to make up for any grief we suffered! We had a fantastic and seamless 16 day holiday in Peru thanks to Tucano. All of our guides were amazing. Experts in sharing their incredible Peruvian history and culture with us with clarity and passion. All of our guides were so kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble - they even got me a stick to help me walk. We did most of the major sites including Machu Picchu and travelling across Peru was easy and pleasurable as each guide and driver would pick us up, on time, every time. We felt completely safe with each and every driver. Bottled water was provided to us every time we got into each minivan - a lovely gesture and much needed due to the heat and helped to keep altitude sickness away.
We experienced so much of this amazing country, ranging from the wonderful sights, to food and drink, animals, volcanoes, trains - oh my - the train - PeruRail - we had so much fun, laughter and dance on that train.
All the hotels were of a very good standard and the welcome we received from each one was so lovely and warm. We arrived as strangers and left as friends.
