Artificial grass for back garden
I got the samples from Tuda, but purchased by Amazon as I then got free delivery. The grass was delivered fast direct from Tuda and was easy to lay and cut to size.

Very Happy Customer
Firstly, the service and delivery experience with Tuda Grass was second to none which was very much appreciated with it being an expensive purchase. Onto the grass (Bodrum). This was one of the cheapest options they had but was all that I could afford because I had such a large area to cover. I did worry that it wouldn't live up to the online photos but I was very pleasantly surprised when it was unrolled and the pile brushed. I am really blown away with how good it looks for the price.

Very good product and service
I ordered six free samples of grass which arrived the following day. The samples were big enough to give a good idea of what the grass would look like. We all agreed that Marmaris would be perfect and I ordered 4m x 8m. We were kept well informed about the delivery and the driver was very helpful. I am delighted with the end result. It was helpful that the grass was available in different widths. As a new customer I was given 10% discount and for the (excellent) quality of the grass I consider the cost very reasonable. I would definitely buy from Tuda Grass again.

Spent weeks researching pet friendly artificial grass and where to purchase it from. Happily I decided on Tudagrass. Grass, recycled plastic battens, power brush, jointing tape and adhesive all delivered within a couple of days. Phone calls and emails to confirm order and delivery date. Perfect.

Ordered composite decking May 19th.
Ordered composite decking May 19th.. delivery 3/5 days.Called them to ensure that I was notified prior to delivery as nobody at the site to accept delivery.I was assured that this was their standard practice as they used own drivers.Had email yesterday..bank holidays to advise delivery today between 10/1pm..emailed back to advise of requirements to call in advance and confirmed both contact mobile number and advising not to deliver prior to calling.
Just had a call on my landline from driver to say he is waiting on site and that he is not even one of their regular drivers and had not been made aware that nobody on site to accept delivery .
Tried to ensure that this exact thing didn't happen and see results.. terrible communication and bad customer service
So much for their 3/5 day delivery agreement as well.

Your order was delivered within the promised 3–5 working day timeframe. When the order was placed, the only contact number provided was a landline. We made several attempts to call this number prior to delivery, as your order did include a note requesting contact in advance. As we were unable to reach anyone via the contact number provided we then contacted you via email the night before delivery to confirm the delivery.
The mobile numbers were only provided to us on the morning of delivery, which limited our ability to update the driver in time. Had we received the mobile contact details when the order was first placed, we would have ensured they were properly communicated to the delivery team in advance.
We do understand your frustration and will be reviewing our internal processes to help avoid similar issues in future. That said, providing the correct contact details at the time of order is key to ensuring smooth delivery, especially where specific instructions are involved. I believe the driver was still very helpful and happily waited until someone could meet him at the property.

Just to clarify, your order was placed on Monday, May 12th at 13:19 and delivered on Friday, May 16th—within our stated 2–4 business day delivery window. Friday was the fourth business day.
In terms of communication, once delivery is confirmed by our transport team, a member of our office team contacts the customer directly to schedule and confirm the delivery. If you contacted us for an update, we would have relayed the latest estimate based on the information available from the transport team—though we never promise delivery "tomorrow" unless it’s been firmly booked.
We’re confident the delivery was made within the expected timeframe and according to our process. However, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are always happy to clarify any part of our service.
