Either Tudum is a scam or the third party billing site acturscr.com is a scam. I never signed up for a subscription to Tudum, yet some third party billing company called acturscr.com has been billing... See more

THIS COMPANY IS REALLY A SCRAM
THIS COMPANY IS REALLY A SCRAM, I WAS LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED BEETV AND GOT THIS SCRAM OFF A COMPANY, CHANGED ME $3.80 ON MY CREDIT CARD WHEN IT SHOULD BE FREE, AND I'M TRYING TO CALL THEM AND CANCELLED, BUT I CAN'T FIND A NO# FOR THEM
Tudum Scam
Tudum is a scam. My wife subscribed unknowing when redirected from a RedBox subscription attempt. The number 844-763-7136 from their website doesn't even work. You have to wait until getting billed on your credit card to get the billing company's number to call them directly. There is no option to cancel within the "5 day trial". It is more like a "5-day-hope-you-forget-about-us-so-we-can-bill-you-later-period,-and-I-hope-you-don't-read-your-statement-so-we-can-keep-billing-you" period. I hope no one uses a bank card for streaming services. I only gave it a one star because I could not rate it any lower. Very dishonest business practices.
Tudum and Houseoflordmark SCAMMERS
Thank god my Chase card declined the 39.95 "subscription" charge, and closed my credit card (grrrr! a hassle because I have lots of auto billing). I tried to track it all down via the identified billing merchant "houseoflordmark.us 844-907-3977", and got an agent at "billing support" for Tudum.co (no "m" i am told on the phone, and in fact there is both a tudum.co and a tudum.com). Am told they support houseoflordmark which is the actual billing merchant. Houseoflordmark is a flimsy website with terrible grammar and spelling, that purports to provide customer service to other companies. I have never signed up for this service - I do not have a company to even look at services like this. SCAM all the way around.
This outsourced scam should be investigated by the FBI and eviscerated!
This outsourced scam should be investigated and stopped by the equally suspicious DOJ-FBI, if it is possible. It is unwise to use the Internet to buy or order something. As information on the web has a 50% chance of being wrong, any business venture has a 75% chance of being illegitimate. More money has been lost by innocent Americans through capricious impetuous buying via the Internet since 1990 than from 1900 to 1980. The Internet should have never been introduced to impetuous human beings.
This is definitely a SCAM!!!
This is definitely a SCAM!!!. I was trying to load a Chromecast app and somehow ended up being billed by this company for a service that never worked. I have repeatedly tried calling and emailing their customer service number and cannot get through to a live person or leave a message. Beware of entering your CC info on your phone!
Feeling "too dumb" fell for "Tudum"
It's 2 am at the Orlando airport. We've just landed with our 3 year old and just found out that the car rental that promised us a car at 2 am closed at 12 am. So, exhausted and furious, I start to search for an Uber to get my family to the motel, and of course I would need to input my credit card number to sign up, but lo and behold, I now have a subscription for an inoperable streaming service. Now I'm crying in an airport lobby, I just fell for a scam on the first day of our vacation. Too dumb.
SCAM
I signed up for this app because I thought it was what I was looking for. It was not. I immediately called customer service and cancelled. I was sent an email confirming I cancelled. However this company charged my bankcard twice for something I never used. If they have done this to other people they are stealing and should be stopped.
The name Tudum is apropos ( Too Dumb )
The name Tudum is apropos, 'too dumb'. I was registering a new Benelli shotgun I purchased, and what I thought was Benelli asking for my card information for warranty work for shipping charges. It is the same if you register with the US Postal Service when forwarding your mail, they charge $1.00. The Tudum company is a scam and should be illegal.
Be Warned
Yes, I got scammed too by getting misdirected and I did not even realize I "authorized" a charge to my credit card. I did use both chat and a phone call on the 5th day of the 5 day "free trial" and they say they have cancelled the subscription. The customer service agents were polite. I'll be watching my credit card transactions like a hawk.
SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!! they have been trieing to charge my card 39.95 ( card provider blocked it) for weeks and have pulled 3 transactions of 5 dollars. i have been looking up how to cancel it. i finally got this number for customer service +18339221616. i called and they just needed last 4 on card and they told me my email to verify it was the right account and they told me if wat tudum. and the 3 transactions of 5 dollars were a bundle package of the subscription told her i did not authorize it and to cancel and refund money. it happened on my roku tv.so if u have a roku tv watch wat ur doin. i wont use netflix anymore thats were tudum came from. so mines cancelled and being refunded ill be watching it closely. total scam. watch using roku tv and stay away from netflix thats were mine happened
Phone number for cancellation on their…
Phone number for cancellation on their website is never answered. But fortunately the credit card company had a number that did connect 1-844-252-8752. Was sent an email from a company with a different name stating the subscription to tudum had been cancelled. Will be monitoring closely to check for any charges.

Scam Scam Scam They got me while trying to set up a Ticket Master app on my phone. What I thought was a direct link to the app off Ticket Master's website turned out to be Tudum site in disguise. Contacted Tudum by webchat to cancel even though it says free for 5 days but a couple hours later I get a pending charge on my credit card. Cancelled my credit card for security reasons.

I am so aggravated
I am so aggravated. I am a 1st responder. I have caught every version of covid there is, been in hospital but right back to work taking care of everybody else & received no bonus, pay raise, have been made to work sick we are so short handed so I wake up at 3am & can’t sleep & decide I am going to learn how to convert a png image to a svg image so I can make a Saint Patty’s Day shirt for my 35 year old daughter as she is a school teacher & wanted one to wear to school that day. Watched the video & it said to go a trusted website & upload the picture I wanted converted. I go to the website & out of nowhere a screen pops up asking for my name & credit card information with a promise of my credit card would not be billed. Me, thinking I was on a trusted png converter webpage entered my credit card number thinking they wanted it on file Incase in the future I wanted to order some online images that cost. After entering my credit card number it pops up & says thank you for subscribing to tudum your online movie & gaming place, after 5 days free your credit card will be charged $45 per month. It is now 5:37 am & I have been online this entire time trying to figure out how to cancel this subscription & have exhausted all options. Now after reading all the negative reviews I have to call my bank today & have my credit card cut off, request a new card & go through lots of red tape changing all my credit card information on my bill pay, Netflix, Prime, Ebay, Amazon & other “trusted” sites. This should be against the law. I feel sorry thinking for how many elderly people tudum has done this to that didn’t know how to cancel subscription or know to cancel their credit cards. Shame on you tudum! You just took a crap on my whole week! I hope karma gets you!
100% scam
100% scam. Complete bull, scanned a qr for a menu at a theater while socializing with some friends and it brought up this piece of crap. Signed up thinking it was the theaters website, like an idiot, and cancelled immediately after I discovered it was fake. Read the reviews here and figured I'd add to the discourse. Cancelled my card, thanks alot TUDUM, you weasels
