Ordered k pop dolls for Christmas they won’t answer my emails never received my order can’t get a hold of anyone for refund 😡scam!!!!

this is a big scammer, steal your money and run, when you emailed them, kept saying working on it for months, don't throw your money away like me to learn a lesson

A scam and total ripoff. Took my money and failed to deliver the product. Wasted 7 months trying to get my order!!!!!

Screw hem! Dont trust them and screw them. Sending mails for 9 months, lying to me, you get nothing.

Waited for 3 to 4 before I got my order. When it came it was sent in a plastic bag and everything was smashed. Could not use. I emailed them and was asked to take pictures. I did that and she said they were received. And her people was looking in to it. Months later I heard nothing and asked for a refund. And still have not heard anything. They need to stand by their product and make things right. I will not order from them again. You can order the same thing from Amazon.

Ordered hydro mousse in April. Got it in September. Came completely damaged and unuseable. I asked for refund. They said they would get back to be and never did and now the email is shut down so I can’t get thru to them.

Ordered Hydro Mouse in July and didn’t get it until the end of September. The whole application bottle fell apart. Green dye ran all over driveway and grass. What a useless piece of garbage. Horrible company to deal with they don’t answer your emails but have no problem taking your money. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! SCAM!!

Scam, dishonest and now after 5 months of emails suddenly close email address so I can’t talk to Kathy.

I would rate this company a negative 100 if i could So a 1 start is what I will do for what what I have to say. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.. I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT IN APRIL AND DID NOT RECE;LIVE IT.. THEN I REPORTED IT TO PAYPAL AND THEY CLAIMED THAT THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED AND RECEIVED. WELL WE FINALLY RECEIVED THE BUSTED UP PACKAGE IN SEPTEMBER WITH NO PRODUCT BUT THE EMPTY CONTAINER. THEY RAPED ME ;IS HOW I WILL PUT IT NOW. THEY STOLE MY $58.13 AND WE RECEIVED NOTHING.
PAYPAL IS ALSO NEGLIGENT IN NOT GETTING US BACK OUR FUNDS. I BELIEVE THEY ARE COMPLICIT IN NOT GETTING .MY FUNDS BACK TO ME.. THEY HAVE INDULGED THIS COMPANY BY HAVING THEM RIP PEOPLE OFF.. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! I order my item back in Feb/March and have chased them up multiple times to receive absolute garage responses. Now my parcel tracking has expired and the so called 24/7 support do not respond. I have requested for full refund and not heard anything from anyone. They have just scammed me for my money.

This company is a scam! Have not received my order from May! They need to be sued!

Stay clear of every product this company offers. Their customer service stinks. They respond with bot generated comments. Their delivery takes many months, if you get it at all. Then my product came missing the key component of the product. When I complain and want a refund...I hear nothing. Buyer beware

Most of these items are dropshipped and available on AliExpress for about 2$. Don't let yourself be fooled by these money-grabbers who don't do any work.

Complete joke of a company. It took 3 months to send me stuff and it was all broken. Then nothing.

HORRIBLE! I got dmd on Instagram by a random account that had 0 followers telling that Tuesday wanted me to be an ambassador so I just texted them and asked if it’s legit so they sent me the details . I was curious so I was just wondering a few questions so I contracted them and they never responded. SCAM

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered in early January 2020. It's now late September 2020, still no order and they are not answering contact. Save your money. What a rip off.

This is a scam company. Placed ab order 4 months ago and still have not received (as of Sept. 15th). They sent an email saying it was shipped on June 15th.

I ordered in May spring to seed our lawn. Was delivered 4 months later. Fall totally useless now. When looked in boxes seed was missing. Only container and colored foam was in box no seed. Waited 4 months and came in complete. I emailed several times for refund they refused kept saying package had been shipped once it left warehouse there was nothing they could do they could not cancel order. Incomplete again asking for a refund. Will let you know how it goes. Never order anything from this company.. I wish I had seen other reviews before I ordered.
