Tuff-luv sent me a satellite navigation protective case, instead of the Sony Walkman case I ordered. Then they insisted that it "was" the satellite navigation case I ordered - which is ludicrous because don't even own the latter device! Next they requested I wait for a week so that they can "resolve" the matter. I have waited one week but it is obvious now that they are blanking me! I have just sent them one final email, and if they don't respond to my satisfaction then I shall open a dispute against them through my bank. Really, avoid this company because there's definitely fraudulent activity at play here!

Bought lots of Tuff Luv products over the years. Sadly the quality is no longer there. Bought an expensive Alston Craig iPhone case and it arrived with a terrible crease down it. It was replaced. The stitching on the replacement started to unravel after only 3 weeks of home use.
Paypal claim made and refunded issued.
Such a shame because I used to love Tuff Luv products.

I bought a Herringbone case for my iPad a few years back and really liked it. Just bought the new Beosound A1 and saw that Tuff Luv did the same style case for that. It really is a lovely case, fits perfectly and very good quality. Thumbs up from me.

Really disappointed with Tuff Luv. They are my go-to place for phone/tablet cases but paid £35 for masks and filters that are £3.97 on Amazon (at time of purchase) and being sold at 2 for £12.99 with 11 filters in a well-known site. I feel really unhappy and can't say I'll be using their store again in future. I only bought masks because it is my grandmother's birthday and she's in a care home where C-19 is rife Wanted to feel safe standing outside her window.

I've used Tuff Luv (& Alston Craig) cases for years, but I was very disappointed with my most recent case. The plastic retaining my iPhone fell apart and my phone dropped onto a counter in Sainsbury's, fortunately it survived. I contacted Tuff Luv about it but they weren't interested, so now I have a Torro, which seems to be of higher quality.
