After order i have been called by their staff in order to accept it. Also, they offered me knowledge and support for my trees who are dying and trying to revive them.
I ordered from Tuia.eu. It took 18 days to get the order from Romania to Hungary. The plants was in shipping for 5 days which is lot but inside it was wet. Poor customer service respond time.
Good communication with the team, the plant looks very well and the instructions were clearley. For sure I will come back for another plants.

Very nice trees
Very nice trees; I will definitely buy again. Transportation was good. I got a tuia 160-180cm and it can be handled by 1 person. 180cm+ I imagine would start to be hard to move around. Looks like there are a lot of tree types I would like to try in the future! I like this shop!

The products did not meet my expectation. Also, I received confirmation from the company representative that I had a discount added to my order and when I received the order I was requested to pay the full price.
