Don't ever break it!

I actually liked the morse code necklace, I treated myself to in silver. But it broke when I tried to lengthen it all over the bathroom mat. So enjoy it until there's an issue because the warranty means nothing. First she asked a picture of it loose beads and all then she asked me what is missing by giving me the original Morse code you have to fix it yourself. So I told her I'm not the jeweler, you are and she said she would send me the stopper or six of them for $8. So does she expect it to break another five times? I paid $32, not going to put out another nickel on it. No refund, and for the warranty which says you can it back to her, apparently not. Not in my case, she just wants me to fix it myself. I wouldn't deal with this company again and it's going in the trash

Worst customer experience ever

It was the worst customer experience I had in my life. The morse necklace I ordered arrived broken (not a package problem). Also the necklace was obviously a dropshiping product from China Instead of self-made. The reimbursement process was absolut hell, I still do not have my money back after 4 months, but in the process I had to send my necklace back, so I do not have anything anymore.

So in conclusion I would recommend you to NEVER buy anything of this company. Truly the worst customer experience I ever had...

This company does NOT rectify ordering problems!

Double Check for clarification about customization fields.
I ordered not 1 but 3 necklaces. Shipping is definitely delayed. It takes a while to receive your order, which is understandable since these are custom jewelry pieces. My complaint is as much my fault as theirs; I would have expected better results when contacting them about the error. I ordered the "Love You necklace" Gold/18" -2 Initial tags. Underneath it had "Enter custom initials EX. John, J, JD: " I was thinking this box was for the first initial, so I put the first initial in the box. I did not realize that there was no other box for the second initial after entering the first. WHY would you put both initials in the same box? To me, that would mean they would appear on the same tag, which I did not want. No one from the company reached out after receiving the order with a 2 tag, which cost more than a 1 tag, but filled the order with only 1 tag and mailed it out. No refund for the difference, or offer to send the other tag with the other initial after emailing with Elizabeth R., Owner & Jewelry Designer. That would be good business practice. Instead, she sent a screenshot showing that a 2 initial tag order, but the field to customize "enter custom initials EX. John, J, JD: V," so if I had the comma, it would have meant I would think maybe I would put both letters there, but did not want them both on one tag. The necklace is beautiful! BUT IT IS A WASTE OF $42.00.

I got their Morse code…

I got their Morse code necklace/bracelet and honestly, you can do it yourself. There’s a little end piece screw ball on the bracelet and the necklace and both can come off (and they do, very often). my suggestion is to glue the ball with some nail or crazy glue and screw it on. hasn’t turned my neck green in the shower to that’s good.

update one month later: plating is starting to come off.

This company should not be in business

This company should not be in business. I ordered 2 morse code necklaces for Christmas. When my wife put one on the first time, it exploded tiny pieces all over the floor. When I reached out to have the seller repair it, we went back and forth for a month because she would not repair it but wanted to send me the tiny pieces to repair. She also stated that she provides a replacement stopper with each order so she knows this is going to happen. There are multiple bad reviews of this company that I wish I had checked out. Aside from not repairing or replacing the item, she stands on her no refund policy. Because I tried working things out with her first, in addition to the 3 weeks from receiving the item until it was opened on Christmas, I was outside Paypal and my bank's window. She provides low quality items and service to match.
