The staff are very nice
The staff are very nice. But the process is a pain- I thought online it would be easier but no such luck. Everything has to be uniform. If your circumstances don't have boxes that you can tick then you can't move forward with the process. You can talk to someone on messaging but if they can't put it in little boxes you are stuffed. They are supposed to be agents for DRO but instead send you to CAB. Of course they don't make money out of a DRO- so its better to send you elsewhere. They just want people who they can make money out of.
