I purchased a Tumella 3 years ago for my trip to Europe. No rain which was great for our 3 week trip so never opened. Fast forward to another trip to Europe, the UK where rain is a given. When I went to pack it , it was broken. It would not stay open .
I needed another umbrella and ordered another one, LOL , even though my first was defective.
I cannot say enough about Gen in customer service.
Once I submitted the receipt from Amazon and the details they were AMAZING.
I will continue to purchase their products.

Bought Tumella following excellent revies. I live in a very windy area and it survived an extremely windy day. Unfortunately had issues closing it and contacted customer service who immediately handled my issue and sent me a new one within days. Excellent product and superb customer service.

Absolutely love my Tumella umbrella I have two of these they are perfect for my walk to work and the performance is excellent on one of mine I had a breakage so I contacted Tumella who replaced in super fast time so it’s class customer service I can’t really recommend High enougth

I bought my beautiful dahlia umbrella last summer (it’s England, rain is expected even when it isn’t!)
It was perfect, until it wasn’t but the excellent customer service from Gen, was amazing, I had a new one on my doorstep in 3 days time, with a follow up email to check if everything was ok.

I wanted a stylish yet effective umbrella that could withstand light to moderate wind. After doing my research, I came across Tumella. I purchased the “Milky Way” folding umbrella. Upon using it the first time, I noticed the sleeve had a rip and contacted customer service. Gen replied back a few hours later and was extremely helpful in sending out a new umbrella. I haven’t had any issues and it has so far worked in light wind.

I had one of their umbrellas for about a year and a half when it developed a fault ( it was an excellent brolly up to that point). I contacted their customer service department via email. I was pleasantly shocked to get a reply within half hour or so. They asked to send a photo of the fault , which I did. Again a very quick reply stating a replacement was being sent out straight away. Three days later and replacement arrived. Amazing quick and very friendly customer service and a very good product. I would ( and have) recommended this company to anybody. Well done guys !!!!

Having purchased a Tumella umbrella through Amazon last September, we were impressed with the quality of it. It developed a fault on one rib, which l believe was rivet failure. I contacted the company and supplied photos. Within 2 days a brand new umbrella arrived through Amazon. The response to my messages were so courteous and apologetic. Once l had received replacement I was contacted yet again to check that l was happy with the replacement. This is true customer service at its best

When my umbrella 🌂 arrived the stitching on one of the spokes at the end was undone so i contacted customer services and they sent me a replacement immediately i cannot speak highly enough of the friendly and professional customer service i received from the company i won't hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Excellent company to deal with. Their umbrellas are sturdy and compact. My umbrella did break when I was using it on a windy day - I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement straight away with no fuss. I'd definitely recommend their customer service.

Unfortunately, despite the reassurances, this does not work in the wind.

I have used it on a handful of occassions and had to collapse it within 5 minutes each time, due to it being impossible, going inside out constantly.

I actually had a family laugh at me struggling, who was using a cheap umbrella hat with much more success than me!!

I cannot recommend this product. It isn't broken, so the lifetime warranty is useless. It never worked to begin with.

I bought two umbrellas from Tumella and I am very pleased, they were delivered practically the next day with a lovely note inside explaining why they decided to make them. I am so impressed with it especially as it rectifies itself when blown inside out. Thank you so much Tumella for caring

The product broke and the customer care I received was outstanding... quick, efficient, no fuss... a new product sent out to me!

I contact Tumella after one of our umbrellas malfunctioned. They were very prompt in their response. After providing them with some additional detail about the issue, as well as the original purchase information, they replaced the umbrella! As I said, they were very prompt, courteous and helpful. Really nice to find a company that stands behind their product.

Bought the two pack of umbrellas and received them a few days ago. The umbrellas are amazing quality and feel like they will last years. The customer service has been outstanding so far and I loved the note from Annelies with the umbrellas explaining how the company was founded. The lifetime guarantee will come in handy too, that shows how confident they are in their products. Highly recommended.
