Poor customer support. When i placed my order and trying to add my new address first it was added and automatically change by their system. Right after that I emailed them about the issue and they get back to me and said that your order already been dispatched you need to contact royal mail to change your address.
Its been third day i am trying to contact with them they are not responding and royal mail sending my parcel to wrong address.

Fantastic company. Great products. Quick customer service - there was an issue with our order and they sent a new one straight away. Really useful advice about the straw cups. Negative reviews are just from people not understanding how a free flow cup works and why they are important for babies/toddlers.
Poor customer service.
After using our plate set for 2-3 months our plate developed 2 splits. I emailed customer service who just said we must have cut it with a knife as the product is supposedly durable
A knife has been nowhere near it. Stick to bamboo suction plates.
FYI for those reading the reply from them. Despite emailing them they never sent a replacement like they say they would!

i ordered wrong cup bundle, totally my mistake. it got sent out and Katie told me to decline delivery it will be returned to them and they can exchange and send out what i wanted. it was literally sorted ASAP and i’ve never had such good customer service!!!! thank you!!! katie is the best!
I’ve had a really good experience I must say. When I first ordered the cup, I think it got lost in transit while out for delivery so I contacted customer service to say I haven’t received it and they immediately sent out another one for me with no hesitation. Second time unlucky though as the Amazon driver left the package at my door whilst I was away on holiday and when I returned it was no where to be found. I contacted Katie again to let her know and she was so kind and understanding and sent out another one to me which I have received and my daughter loves! I didn’t want to use any other cup with my daughter as ive heard so many good things about the Tum Tum sippy cup so I was so pleased when Katie went above and beyond to ensure that I received one and now my daughter is obsessed. I have zero issues with the cup we love it over here. Thank you Katie and the Tum Tum family. Marion

I have bought a few items from Tum Tum Tots over the past year and although I do like using some of them, I am disatified with the quality control and customer service which makes my overall opinion very disappointed and would not recommend.
The problems i encountered:
The Betsy straw cup leaked in my bag, the lid was replaced and the customer service was great at first.
The Betsy bowl packaging looked like it had been used. Their reply was that they checked the footage from the warehouse and a senior staff member had packaged it and maybe it was damaged it transit. The bowl looked as though it was a used, returned item like it had been opened and put back together poorly; bent, ripped and not closed correctly. The photo evidence I sent them showed this clearly but yet they continued to explain that maybe it had been damaged in transit, which simply could not have been the case. The angle of the rips and bent areas would not be a result of poor transportation. I am shocked at the response but had to trust their word and assurance that they do not send out returned products. If this is the truth I am appalled at the lack of care a senior member of staff can take to package an order.
The toddler water bottle lid did not screw down properly/evenly which was a worry after experiencing the straw cup leak. I had multiple emails going back and forth and at first they were pleasant and seemed to want to help, until they seemed to get fed up with me. They offered to send a replacement lid for the water bottle, it didn't turn up so i contacted them again, they said the courier had a problem so they would send another one. Two months on and im still waiting. Unfortunately I do not have the time to continue to email multiple times to try and solve these issues. I cannot understand, if the two lids have been sent, why have neither of them arrived at my property?
Considering the price of these products I expect better.
I am sad and disappointed as I had high hopes, but unfortunately will have to find another, better company to purchase from and would recommend others do the same.
Dreadful customer service, kept getting fobbed off by Katie. The cup took a week to arrive despite advertising 2-3 working day delivery and charging delivery fee, ended up having to buy a straw cup from elsewhere as needed for holiday. Tumtum tots are least concerned about customer satisfaction and does not bother to offer a resolution but rather defensive excuses. Product is great but shabby customer service experience has put me off from buying or recommending tumtum tots to anyone else

Awful cups which leak constantly.. straw fills with water each time cup is filled. Then as you open the lid the water spurts everywhere.. I asked for advice and was told this was due to the water changing temperature?? And the advice was to unscrew the lid every time after filling to reduce the vacuum. How can fresh tsp water change temperature immediately after filling the cup?! This is nonsense.. I was then told I could only return the cup if it was unused.. I bought a set of three and tried each one so I couldn’t return them.. Disgraceful customer service.. disappointing product and the advice given was an excuse for a very poor and faulty cup which at £9.99 is unacceptable. I will be making certain other parents are told at my nursery. There are numerous reviews stating the same problem and any reputable company would acknowledge the problem and resolve it but this is t happening.. absolutely disgusting

I have to give this company 5 stars! I ordered 2 cups on Christmas Day & they were delivered on the 27th!! Fantastic service and they are lovely cups which my little one is thoroughly enjoying. Many, many thanks.

Really don’t understand the hype about these cups. Loads of mum support groups and weaning groups on Facebook recommend them and despite the non-spill claims, these constantly leak!
I’ve bought 3 of them in total and all of them leak. Whether it be milk, water, juice. If you leave the lid open, the fluid makes its way up the straw and spills everywhere. If you close the lid, when you open it, it leaks out everywhere.
They aren’t cheap and the concept is great, however the no leak claims couldn’t be further from the truth. Every day they drive me mad and I’ve tried to persist with them but I’m just going to admit defeat and buy an alternative because these are truly awful!

I love TumTum but we a faulty cup and it was very disappointing. Katie was such a star helping us to solve the issue. Amazing customer service from her.
For a newborn this is too much of an angle look at extension of spine . It is easy to give support using a folded blanket for goodness sakes . Babies are curled up in utero, the most important thing is to stimulate them with your voice , black/white objects . I advise my daughter to not purchase .

Stopped responding to emails and asked me to do various experiments with different temperature liquids.
Even when I sent videos of my cup with a working cup same liquid conditions etc they keep asking for more experiments instead of just refunding the faulty cup.
It’s still going on too, back and forth, so many emails and ridiculous responses.
