Resolved copyright issue immediately!

I emailed Tunetank with a copyright issue on some music I had used in a YouTube visit. Lucy, from Tunetank, responded immediately, and by the end of the day, the problem was resolved! Greatly appreciate the quick and effective support from Tunetank :) And all the great, copyright free music they offer of course!

TuneTank YouTube Copyright Issue Quickly Resolved

I used TuneTank music for my YouTube video. I had as issue with the copyright removal tool and it was not removing the copyright claims on YouTube. I simply sent an email to the TuneTank support team and the email was responded to very quickly and the copyright was removed in less than 30 minutes. I recommend TuneTank to every content creator I know.

Customer support is nice!

Just like earlier this year (July 2023) I contacted support and the situation was resolved within 24 hours (even with the help of the same employee!).

I am happy that even today there are companies with actual people to help you in case you need this! :)

Something tunetank would be better off having

Actually, Tunetank worked quite well but I felt it was missing a few things to make it more perfect
For example, having a playlist selected for each line or rhythm, well, I saw this on Tunetank but now it's gone. Actually, I find that having a playlist selected helps me a lot in my music. So I hope Tunetank can have many playlists for each specific topic instead of combining them all into one central topic.

A great source for free music

As a small YouTube channel it is nice to have a free source like Tunetank to provide music and sound effects to help improve my videos. Their customer support is very responsive and their webpage has an easy interface.
