Course was delivered well, however the venue and service was not up to standard. No water or tea or coffee replenished.

I recently took part in a TWC course…
I recently took part in a TWC course and wanted to share some feedback. Overall, the pace was spot on, the tutor was excellent, and the content was delivered really well.
The only area for improvement was that the course notes still referenced the 2019 standard rather than the updated 2024 version. The core principles haven’t changed, but a brief discussion of the key updates would have been really valuable.
Still, a very worthwhile course and a great learning experience.
