I extremely appreciate the continuous competent support provided by the team. I have been reading the forum for a few years, but only recently discovered that the other services:
1) we have been working on changing of our insurances, where I really appreciate support from Helena and Mariam, their patience and detailed explanations
2) we are also working on the real estate acquisition with Alexander, and I can’t express enough how his guidance helps me figure out the best course of actions in our situation. I feel much more confident in the good future outcome thanks to his deep knowledge and competence. I had to setup couple of short notice appointments after few weeks of silence on my side, and Alexander was always aware of my situation and all the details. Truly impressive.

I asked Tupa-Germania for help in choosing a dental insurance company. In response, I received a very detailed answer by email. In addition to this, I used a free online consultation service, where I received answers to all the questions I had. The company also helps with support after concluding an insurance contract. This is very important for me, because knowledge of the German language and local laws is not yet sufficient. I definitely recommend it and thank Tupa-Germania again for help.

Wonderful service: I needed support with a medical insurance due to relocation to Germany and obviously got a very good service including guidance with steps, creating/adjusting the account at the insurance company website, staying in touch for all types of questions, and postage of the original documents.
