Warranty is a scam. You have to do claim for every single item. Gets expensive to post. Then they can decline. Also most items are unavailable. So much for life time warranty. Very unhappy. Will not be purchasing anymore products.

I bought a bread smart container and I am very disappointed. Within 3 days my fresh bead loaf was covered in mould. False claims by Tupperware and a waste of money for me.

I sent in several items under warranty (spent $1OO on postage), waited the 10+ weeks and did not get comparable replacements. Some of the returned items are in the stalog and yet they sent other items, one item I have no idea what it is and cannot find it on line either. I have called several times and every time I have to give much personal information and a phone number to call back it we are disconnected . As soon as I explain the problem I am disconnected and of course no call back. I contacted them by email thorough their site and nothing. I have always purchased Tupperware due to the warranty, but no more. I will never buy another product from them as the warranty is meaningless. I have sold Tupperware in the past and they honored the warranty, but apparently they have lost it over the years. Very unhappy.

I purchased the Breadsmart after seeing the advertisement on TV. The Breadsmart is absolutely useless it does not work in any way as advertised I bought a white sliced loaf from M & S on 25th September with a best before date 1st October 5 days later the bread was covered in fur & mould. Tupperware state that items that have been in contact with food can not be returned so I guess it's a trip to the skip.

I bought both the large and small BreadSmart, largely because of Tupperware's reputation - never again!
These products are completely rubbish. The bread is mouldy within 4 days in both boxes. In my view Tupperware are guilty of gross misrepresentation, probably to the level of criminality. I will never buy Tupperware again, and will encourage others not to!
I am surprised no-one has started legal proceedings, and I will certainly be in touch with Trading Standards

Bought this a month ago and wanted to give it a chance. But every time I put bread in it, 3-4 days later mouldy bread. Bread in plastic bag lasts longer. Absolute rubbish, wish I had of read the reviews first. It’s winter, so bread shouldn’t be going mouldy and stale that quickly. I can only imagine how long it will last in summer, probably a day at most. Please don’t waste your money on this overpriced piece of junk. Shame on you Tupperware and Global Shop Direct for (false advertising) and scamming so many people who are doing it tough right now.

Do not and I repeat do not, buy this dud product! I never would have thought that in all my satisfied purchases on line over many years it would be the Tupperware brand leaving you feel cheated. The bread box is no different to leaving your bread on a window sill on a hot summers day. I’m now left chasing up a refund and paying for the return delivery costs. Tupperware must be under new and younger management as it’s clearly no longer the trusted brand of our mums and grandma's generation. Sooo so sad.

Bought Breadsmart and am disgusted as pastries and bread last much longer in their original packaging. Total waste of money at any price.

Bought the bread smart as per lots of other people by the sounds of things.
Relying on Tupperwares past history for good products and prepared to pay that bit extra for quality.
Unfortunately this piece of crap doesn’t weigh up at all,initially maybe 7 days before mould appeared now after owning product for 2-3 months (which is outside of the return window)bread is mouldy within 4-5 days.
Product now takes up space in the cupboard.
Absolute waste of money do not buy this product.

I've spend about an hour with Tupperware on the phone and online on a chat trying to get two problems solved. 1) Can't log in or change password, and website says my email is invalid even though they continue to send me emails. 2) Order 256444, I ordered a product with 4 items, 2 in Spa Blue and 2 in Cosy Rosy. They sent Blue and bright Orange. So, they could not solve either problem. I wanted a postage-paid return label to return wrong item, but they refused. I explained that I had not even unwrapped it yet! I'm 72 years old, and I remember how wonderful Tupperware used to be. I'm still using some Tupperware daily from the 1960's and 1970's. I saw one reviewer who stated, "Overpriced junk staying alive from a foregone reputation." That's it in a nutshell. The item I wanted Bell Tumblers were advertised with SKU-10-16909000, but they sent me 10-169090940. This Tupperware item was $43.99 for 4 glasses! I found a better item on Amazon for $8.99. And people wonder why a company does poorly. Here's two reasons why: 1) Can't solve a simple IT problem (can't log in), 2) They are not sending what is described on the website, but it ends up being the customer's problem. -- I will never buy Tupperware again!!!!!!!

I bought both large and junior BreadSmart and now will never buy Tupperware again. My bread and rolls go mouldy quicker than they did before. Very dissatisfying. Caroline McCarthy

Bread doesn’t stay fresh at all , complete waste of money.

Small bread bin Not big enough for a standard family loaf. Bread starts to go off after 4days.

I have been a huge fan of Tupperware my entire life, so I had great expectations of the Bread Smart. I bought the junior model and followed the instructions to the letter, however, my bread went mouldy faster than had I left it in the plastic wrapper it came in. A complete waste of time and I am unable to return it as it has been in contact with food.

I bought the Junior model but am disappointed that after two weeks use bread has started to go mouldy after 4 days with white spots and full blue mould after 5 days. This is in winter temperatures in a cool and shaded cupboard with fresh bread each time.
I bought this based on Tupperwares reputation for good quality products.
Better than a plastic bag because it's more convenient to access each slice but does not stop mould at all!

I bought both bread bins £69 and can honestly say I should have put the money in the bin what a load of rubbish do not be fooled with in 5 days the bread was mouldy and that has happened with both big and small

Not worth the money bought Bread smart after seeing it on TV Bread goes mouldy after 3/5days was expensive for what they are would not buy again

I bought this from a car boot waste money buy a loaf from shop put it into the fridge last just as long

I fell for the on TV advertising and bought a BradSmart Junior. I have had and used it for about ten days and I am content to tell the world that it is evey bit as good as the plactic bag that the bread comes in. WELL ... it MIGHT not be quite as good as the bag that the bread comes in but it is fairly close. A disappointing waste of money but previous experience tells me that it is not worth the effert to try to get the refund from Global Shop Direct's so called "30 day money back guareantee".

I purchase the BreadSmart and the smaller one, I would NOT recommend this to anyone. The tv adverts are not TRUTHFUL....they do not keep the bread free from mold.....in fact mine kept better in my old metal bread bin they dried up but DIDN'T GET MOLDY ....Tupperware offered to replace them but I pointed out to them that there has to be a flaw in the design and I did not want a replacement, the agent then tried to tell me all about what breads were best....stating that the kind you buy in the supermarket with wrapping on would last longer....rubbish.... those loaves of bread were made months before they hit the shops they were frozen and then defrosted and dates the supermarket asked to put on them....I worked with that company so I saw this.....Tupperware agent said to me that fresh baked bread would only last a couple of days....so really the staff no nothing , I recommended that this information should be passed to the designer to check what the flaw is ...she then said they had no intention of changing the design....so not addressing the real issue ....DO NOT BUY THEM THEY DO NOT WORK TO KEEP OUT MOLD
