Wow, ordered on Wednesday, arrived on Monday (Dallas TX), took about 10 minutes to setup,,fantastic!

Steve makes the best turbo rocker plates in the business. Totally changed my indoor training experience. On top of a quality product, the customer service you receive is amazing.

Prompt delivery from the UK to USA. I was hemming and hawing, but communication from Steve swayed me. Package arrived in about a week and a half from purchase. One very slight cosmetic ding, courtesy of UPS - but well packed and fully functional. Set-up was reasonably fast - with some necessary experimentation. Reviewed the set-up diagram and slightly adjusted trainer placement using the handy built-in level. I made the mistake of leaving the balls under-inflated in their shipped state - so the first few attempts to mount and ride felt quite perilous! After inflating to a reasonable level (but not over-stiff), I began to get the hang of it. I think my trainer (Hammer H2) is generally more off-center than others, so positioning is a little off-set to one side. Will have to re-adjust the legs a bit, I think - as one leg seems quite near to the edge. My other note is that the surface is very slippery, so front-end control felt lacking at first as well (both with wheel directly on rocker and in a minimal holder). Probably didn't help that I was new to the experience, and was probably more prone to twisting the handlebars reflexively. To help solve, I used some interlocking foam mat pieces - one below the pedals for foot security, and another under the wheel. Now, with the wheel support on the mat, I no longer feel steering veering wildly as I pedal. I assume as I get more used to it, control will naturally increase and I might ditch the mats. I will note that I was shipped two restraining straps which I used to secure the legs. I'll be purchasing a third to secure the front wheel a bit as well, for extra peace of mind.
Once I actually got to my first hour-long ride on Zwift, I quickly appreciated the rocker feeling though. Making micro-adjustments in position really improves upon on static seating, and you can definitely feel core/body working more in response to the motion. Having never used a rocker plate previously, I'm unsure how to speak to fore/aft motion. It did seem to add more realism to acceleration/deceleration, and shifting your body weight around. Only on the trainer for an hour doing a Zwift pace partner ride, so can't definitively speak to it lessening nether region pain during longer sessions, but I am certainly hopeful as the hour-long session seemed to pass more quickly and engagingly than usual, without being distracted by discomfort. I did NOT trust myself to attempt any hammering out-of-saddle sprints, and will probably wait for a few more rides before doing so! On the whole, very pleased. Cheers.

I've had my realplate react stealth for over 18 months now and it has been fantastic. I would do a significant amount of indoor training even over the summer months so this has been through the mill. However the main reason for writing this review is to give top kudos to Steve for his customer service. The original purchase came with a spare inflatable ball however this was used and coming into this winter period I'm stuck if I need another. One quick email to Steve and he had not one, but two, sent out within three days. Top man!!

Fast shipment, safe packaging, very good quality plate. First test went well, looking forward to the first Zwift session with this plate tomorrow.

Steven at TurboRocks has been a delight to deal with, I was kept informed of my orders progress, it arrived in good time, was well packaged and in good condition.

It's early days but my indoor riding experience has so far really been enhanced through movement.

I have 2 damaged discs and mild stenosis in my lower back and have found indoor training a bit of chore often leading to my back stiffening up and becoming sore (read painful 😣).

The side to side and forwards and backwards movement makes indoor training align more with outdoor cycling and after 3 rides totalling around 75 miles my back has not suffered like it used to on the rigid set up I had beforehand.

I am confident this will continue, bad back or not a dynamic turbo trainer experience far exceeds a static one - I wish I'd take the plunge sooner 😊

The Rockerplate is a great bit of kit solidly made, having only ridden it twice still getting the feel of it.I must say from the time of placing the order to delivery was only 5 days which is excellent

The product is really great - I had a home made rocker plate with tennis balls , but the turbo rocks plate has forward and back movement as well as side to side which has taken indoor riding comfort to another level . I was sceptical that it would work with a kickr climb , but it does , even on a 20% incline setting .yes it a fair bit of money on top of the turbo etc etc. but what you get is comfort ( or at least I do ) it also feels a lot more natural once you get used to it . It takes a little while to set up correctly so allow for this
