This is an awesome app! I'm using it because I'm taking a very intense, very accelerated language course. The class is moving so quickly that I don't always understand all of the concepts. Turboscribe is saving the day!

Very disappointed, l paid for the service and thst service was not offered, Transcript was nonsense. l wrote the customer service but no reply....But money taken.. l used Sonix. l can show you proof of the quality

Very dissapointed - I paid for a feedback session (cost me ALOT of money) and turboscribe only scribed by side of the conversation... So completely lost all the feedback I'd paid this professional for. please feel free to give me a refund turboscribe! not worth the $20 USD

The last five transcriptions were just gobbledygook that as not from my recordings at all. Weird and very frustrating. Not recommended at all.

Scammers dont use they dont have a support number they say its unlimited its not i bought a subscription worked for first day after that they refuse to upload files and they dont have a support for this service

Didn't work. Not only did it not recognise or record any of the meeting apart from what I said, my colleagues could not hear me once I turned it on so utterly useless.

This is the best transcribe website I could find. Loved it! saved me so much time while working on school. It also doesnt just write down stuttering word and keeps de sentences clean. 10/10 100% would recommend

Actually the product Sucks and extremely frustrating to use. I've subscribed to the Unlimited package. It worked for the first few days and thereafter I've been consistently getting 'Try Again Later' messages. I sent an email to support with absolutely no response. They don't have a customer service number listed in google and hence out of Luck and you are on your own. .

Turboscribe billing system sucked. They are charging you on days you are not using it. How come you call it monthly. I paid on April 4th and then it ended on the 27th. Lol.. Customer service is very poor. They won't respond to this kind of billing issue. Idiots!

The company behind Turboscribe is really bad. They let you use the product for free. Because of its' limitations it seems better to join for a payed version and then it went wrong. They charge you a monthly amount by credit card, your account isnt' working and asking them for support is lacking any reaction. This means you have to use the free version again with a lot of limitations and they will never fix your account to get full access. It is very client-unfriendly, it is clearly a scam. If you ask for a password reset over and over again they send you a link, but it isn't a password reset link. If you contact them on LinkedIn (Mr Leif), no response at all. If you contact them by email or whatsapp, no response at all again. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO GET INTO CONTACT WITH THEM. Don't trust this people fromt the US, it is a scam with beautiful words and mistreating their customers and even worse they let you pay for nothing.

3) The processing time is relativly short
4) It is free for 3 transcription per day - how can you complain?

After I canceled my subscription they still charged me.
I noticed even after canceling my subscription they will not send you a confirmation. So unless I do something like block my credit card, I am sure these rogues will charge me again.

While the transcriptions were well produced, the cancellation process wasn't. Please remember that even if you send an email asking for cancellation, even if you cancel the service on their site under your account, they still charge! They took out 4 months' worth of subscription payments after I requested the account's cancellation. I haven't heard back yet. Horrible service - I don't recommend them at all. Thievery.

Great transcription service.
However, no notification of pending renewal of subscription, difficult to find cancellation, and no response when asking for a refund only a few days after the auto renewal for service I haven't used in a year. Would like refund.

I'm using it by default, because I don't really have other choices. I don't think others are better. But the results are still quite bad. AI has a lot of progress to do in that field.
Also they used to answer to my emails, not anymore.

There is nowhere to cancel the subscription; this is in contravention to consumer laws misleading or deceptive conduct and warranties ss18, 59 Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). So you take consumers money but do not provide an avenue to cancel the subscription. You have NO RIGHT to retain credit card and banking details when a person cancels the service WHICH SHOULD BE EASY AND TRANSPARENT. WHERE IS THE CONTACT DETAILS FOR PHONE AND EMAIL. YOU ARE OPERATING ILLEGALLY TO AUSTRALIAN LAWS.
