The whole experience with Turboboost was fantastic
I had an absolute blast playing with Azzam! He’s an incredible top laner, and watching him in action is something else. Whether he’s dominating with Irelia, Volibear, or his signature Urgot, it’s next level and honestly inspiring. The way he plays is just on another level—he can completely take over games, even when things seem almost unwinnable. The whole experience with Turboboost was top-notch. We recomend all customers after buying an account to change everything, password and email mainly, this not only protects their new accounts from hackers but it also means not only we have any access to the account anymore.
Once you verify the account on one personal email and change password it is impossible for us to access them back. Most likely our account got caught in a data leak and got hacked unfortunately.
Our warranty covers any issue related to our end where we always replace the accounts.

Just go to RankedKings Instead
Just go to RankedKings. You get the required OE for the skin you want, AND they let you see and pick the rest of the skins on the account. I've purchased 3 overpriced accounts from Turbosmurfs, all of which said have the OE required for the skin shard most of the time. Yet, all 3 had 0 OE. Nearly $20 for a level 30 account with 1 skin shard. There are so many better options, dont give these creatures ur cash.

I took the account very quickly but when i queued into ranked games and took the first win in league of legends, it gave me silver 4 division so this gives me hard time to climb. So they are not as trustful as i heard about new and smurf accounts that they sell to people.

About your issue, our accounts are all leveled without affecting the base MMR so the starting rank is Riot's starting rank. Few months ago Riot themselves made an announcement about fresh accounts starting lower rank. If you are looking for a higher starting ranked we have high MMR accounts , that use normal MMR to increase LP gains and higher starting rank.
