Poor Customer Service - Faulty Item
I ordered these tongs but when they arrived they were faulty - sparking/crackling sound from the mains lead to the unit; the power turns on but shuts down when it reaches temperature. I have tried to contact TurboTong on a number of occasions but they do not respond to my emails or their online form. There is no telephone number to be able to contact them. Very poor experience so far.

I am absolutely in love with my Turbo Tong! I wound recommend it to anyone who loves natural gorgeous big soft sexy curls!! So easy to use, and fabulous salon styling results from your own home! You will not regret it! I’m blown away.

This is honestly the best tong I’ve ever used it heats up quickly so you don’t need to wait. I love the big curls it creates, the curls last all day which I’ve never had using other tongs.
