I have to say this company is one of the best I have worked with. I solely use them for my synthetic turf applications. The order shows up on time, product is well made and is always up to my standards. Being in the landscaping business being able to trust my suppliers is a huge deal and this company is the real deal.

I was sent the shipping docs Nov. 17th, was told it would be here in 10 days. Called Nov 30, and was told it wasn’t shipped and was sitting in the warehouse.. very disappointed when I was told one thing and it didn’t happen.. also just a sorry we will work on it. No solution for there mistake…

I did much research to see where to source putting green turf from. Your website was the only one that included installation instructions and when there was insufficient material there I called your help line and got immediate response and resolve to my queries, seaming and infill. Great job and very good product, I am very happy with my new putting green.

Excellent customer service answering all my numerous questions. I am very pleased with my purchase- the turf has plenty of cushion for plyometric training but still solid enough to not feel spongy. The piece was easy to cut in half and looks great without the edges shedding. I highly recommend this product and company!

This company is incredible. They honor there customers! I’m a return customer and even a year later there customer service went above and beyond to assist me , my yard looks amazing and a year later has held up! Do not buy turf anywhere else this Is better than real grass.

Very Satisfied purchased Birdie Putt Elite from Turf Factory Direct. Plastic wrap was perfect no damage from Georgia to Boise ID . My 15x25 brought into my garage by 2 people. Cut easily with razor knife. Prepped and Installed by owner Looks awesome feels great on bare feet too. Hitting balls now way too much fun waiting for 3 dry days to cut cup holes. there are rings sold to putt at if you did not want in groung cups, and move where you like. Purchased April 2022.

i purchased 435 ft of TDF90 , after finish installation , i cut a one ft of turf and weighted , it is only 88 oz, not the 117 oz as stated on line, it is a big difference in weight .
