Prompt delivery, great product

Excessive amount of time to deliver the seed I ordered despite the high delivery cost. Called to chase this up and the team has just left it in their desk and forgot about it .

Product is old and dusty and no doubt sat on a shelf for years!

The Turfit driver was exceptional. Despite difficult access conditions he found a way to make the delivery. 11/10 for that man.

Maybe I chose the wrong time of year to lay the turf but it arrived utterly sodden. So laying it out was quite difficult due to the weight of each roll and of course as it dried out it shrunk leaving gaps between each strip. Hopefully repairable in the Spring.

requested the turf and tonne of topsoil to be left on the driveway, the driver left on the path directly in front of the unfinished fence being built, Could not move the topsoil due to the sheer weight of the bag. The simple request caused no end of hassle ,

Topsoil was not fit for purpose or as described! Stones 5cm long, balls of clay, plastic & sprouting vegetation all in there - contrary to how it’s described on website. I bought it because they recommended it for sowing grass seed! After a phone call & photos to complain & request it to be collected, the MD deemed there was nothing wrong with it! Angry & disappointed with customer service & product! My husband, who has a heart condition, is currently outside riddling the soil you say is acceptable. You should be ashamed!

Very pleased with the turf I purchased, very good quality, would definitely recommend.

Topsoil and turf perfect coming up for three weeks now and turf knitted together and firmly routed will leave for an other week or two before giving first trim .

Grass, had some bald spots, inconsistent green spots and has mushrooms coming through. Also told it would be 2 days from order but was 6 days and could also phone prior to give rough delivery time.

Delivered on time, driver helpful. The quality of the turf is outstanding, I was concerned before laying as the ground was uneven however the turf has taken no problem at all

Delivery did not arrive until 4:30pm with no communication and meant that I wasted all day waiting. This meant that my 82 rolls could not be laid that day and I had to rise at 6am the next day to give the turf a chance of surviving a dry evening. Fortunately with diligent watering it seems to have survived. Quality of turf good - so 4 stars overall.
