motor blew up after 3 months of light use and company wont respond to emails
I purchased a Turfmatic Australia product and followed their usage guidelines exactly as outlined in their product documentation. Despite this, the equipment failed after only light use within the first 3 months.
When I attempted to contact the company to troubleshoot the issue, I found that their Gmail address is not accepting incoming emails — meaning there is no way to even begin a conversation about a warranty claim or fault resolution.
I strongly do not recommend purchasing any equipment from Turfmatic Australia. If you happen to receive a faulty unit, be aware that the company appears to have no functional customer support channel. You will be left with a broken product and no avenue for help.
Buyer beware.

The equipment is excellent
The equipment is excellent, but no communication from the seller, goods were to arrive on the 11th, it didn’t but thought I was scammed as there was no reply to emails, and no other way of getting in contact with them. Approx 4 or 5 days later another tracking message popped up, and it was delivered.
Again very happy with the product just lack of communication from seller.

Where is it. Not been delivered. Ordered on 30 Nov. paid for courier delivery(8 days). Weekend now so 15th at the earliest. Courier tracking note says 10 December delivery. What rubbish.

Postage was slow, and tracking just stayed the same, but communication was great, and Turfmatic performs so well, only tough weeds that l poisened stayed, and only a handfull. This is brilliant for time management! Really Happy!! The winter mess is cleaned up, even twiggs are picked up.
