Ms Reena Gupta from Turito is an excellent maths teacher. My daughter started learning with her, followed by my son, and now even my nephew. She is highly committed and always goes the extra mile to ensure children understand the concepts clearly. She is also very flexible and happily arranges rescheduling, cancellations, or any related matters directly, without needing to go through Turito, which saves me a lot of time.

Turito people are cheaters, I have the email stating the refund will be given anytime.. despite they are not responding my email, msg and continuous follow up..

One recommendation: Need to be more flexible on EST time zone since most of parents are working in USA. Also tutoring should based on USA syllabus and aligned with high school education.

I am extremely happy with Affan’s learning journey so far. Additionally, the Turito AI Copilot is an excellent platform that allows parents to customize learning plans according to their child’s needs. The variety of quizzes available is also very helpful in assessing and strengthening a child’s learning capabilities.

Overall, it has been a very positive and rewarding experience with both Mr. Channa Reddy and Turito.

We enrolled our daughter with Turito after a demo where they agreed to start with one class per week and increase later. Once we wanted more classes, the teacher was suddenly unavailable, leading to multiple demo sessions and mostly inexperienced teachers. This caused ongoing disruption to our child’s studies.

We requested a refund, but for the past 8–9 months there has been no response. They are very aggressive with enrollment calls, but support disappears afterward. Please be very careful before registering.

Turito Academy has been a great learning platform, especially for mathematics. The teaching approach is well-structured, interactive, and focused on building strong fundamentals.

A special thanks to Math teacher Channappa, who is an excellent educator. He explains concepts very clearly, is extremely patient, and ensures that students truly understand the topic before moving forward. Extremely disappointing experience with Turito.
I requested a refund well within the refund policy period, but it’s been over 6 months, and I still haven’t received it. Despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no clear response or action from their support team. Their customer service is unhelpful and non-responsive. I would strongly caution others before enrolling - they seem prompt when collecting payment but completely ignore customers afterward.

My son has been taking classes from turito from last 2 yrs. It has helped my son to be regualr with his curriculum.
Teachers are experienced and doa dapt to childs needs. Especially sceince teacher Sudha Rani have been very supportive and has adapted with different approach to make my son have his focus and interest int he class. Admin team is also supportive and does communicate well.

The academy and AI experience has been great in helping my son solidify his understanding of the lessons. The ability to continuously create new practice tests is an amazing feature of the platform, as it provides ongoing support and allows him to practice anytime, every day. However, some features do not always work properly, such as the quiz under the lesson slides. Aside from this issue, everything else is amazing.

Ritu Soni is an excellent tutor as she helped me improve my grade in science going from C to A+ over the years of her teaching me as well with the help of Turito AI.

We have had a wonderful experience with Turito’s online maths program for our Grade 4 twins. Their tutor, Rajat Gulati, has been exceptional in his teaching approach and dedication.

Rajat explains concepts very clearly and patiently, making sure both children understand before moving on. He adapts his teaching style to suit each child’s learning pace, which has really helped build their confidence in maths. The sessions are engaging, well-structured, and focused on strengthening core concepts as well as problem-solving skills.

Most importantly, Rajat is helping our children prepare for NAPLAN, and we have already noticed improvement in their understanding, accuracy, and approach to questions. He provides useful strategies, regular practice, and constructive feedback, which has made a big difference.

I enrolled my son in Turito’s e-learning academy for Math classes, considering its association with YuppTV. Initially, the Math classes just started(not went well). At the same time, I inquired about SAT and Science classes, and we were still in the discussion phase regarding fees and details.
Shockingly, Turito charged my credit card for SAT and Science classes without my consent or final confirmation. Even worse, they charged me twice—$1,450 and $1,111—which is completely unacceptable and feels like fraudulent behavior.
I immediately raised this issue with Turito and have been following up for over three weeks. Unfortunately, there has been no resolution. Despite reaching out to the Relationship Manager and Sales Manager, I have not received any concrete answers or action.
As a parent, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Turito’s lack of professionalism. The sales team appears uncoordinated and unprofessional, and this experience has eroded my trust in the platform. Charging customers without consent and failing to resolve issues promptly is a serious breach of ethics.
I urge Turito to take immediate corrective action and improve its processes to ensure transparency and professionalism. No parent should have to go through such an ordeal.

Chandan sir is very dedicated and experienced. My son taking classes for English. He is getting help with grammar, vocabulary reading and writing. Sir is bery patient as well,listening to my concerns as a mum.
