If you want the worst possible hair transplant in turkey. This is the place to go. This is what it looks like 3 years after. Not from one surgery. But 3!! They are absolutely good for nothing. Been waiting for now 6 months for actual news from them. They will comment on this post like they actually take this seriously. But has done absolutely nothing about it to fix it. They are liar, thief. They promises a doctor doing the surgery but it’s a barely legal “nurses” . I have to resort to LAWYERS to get them to help. Which i am now suing them . Do yourself a favour. Go somewhere else

I had a hair transplant in December, so this review is not about the result, but about Turkeyanas service.

First of all, they lie to you. During the consultation over WhatsApp they sent me a photo promising a pain free anaesthesia injection. On the day of the operation they told me that this is wrong information and that there will be pain. It was immense pain and I must assume that not only I felt it this way, since the person in the room next to me also screamed their lungs out during the anaesthesia injections. They did apologise and tried to make it as painless as possible, which i appreciate, but it is rather unprofessional nonetheless.
They give you wrong information. The links they send you contain wrong or not all of the necessary information. For example, they send you a list of what not to do before the operation. This list contains smoking, drinking coffee and about ten other things. Since there was no mention of drinking alcohol, I had a glass of wine with dinner on the day before the operation, which apparentely was a huge problem. First they tried to frame it as my fault, claiming that I should have asked them. Which is ridiculous, if they send you a list of things not to do, you would assume that this list is complete. It did result in me having to do the procedure over two days, which meant having to go through the immensely painful injections twice.
Their level of english is questionable. They do claim to have professional translators, but they really do not. Half of the time you have the feeling that the people you talk to on WhatsApp do not understand what you are saying. And the other half it seems as if they do not know what they are saying. For example they send you a video which advises you to "gently rub your scalp", when I told the person on WhatsApp that i gently rubbed my scalp he answered "DO NOT RUB! you need to massage". When I told him that the video said to do this and what, according to him, the difference between gentle rubbing and massaging was, he did not answer me for a couple days and then wrote to do it like the video.
Their drivers were late everytime but once. I complained before that one time and the driver arrived ten minutes early, but the next time he was late again. So since they can be on time, I must assume its just lack of care.
The aftercare service is, frankly, a joke. They do promise to answer your questions for up to a year after the procedure. Waiting for an answer for about two days is the norm, I am currently waiting since a week. I texted two of their WhatsApp numbers and wrote an E-Mail, but so far nothing. This is, as so much else, false promises and lack of professionalism. This is what made me write this review, btw, so if you want a better one, keep your promises and answer my messages, Turkeyana :)
When you are there for your consultation they try to sell you things you did not want or asked for, but I expected this, it is Turkey, after all. When I was there the woman who translated for the doctor kept saying that i have "baby hair", when I finally asked her what she means after she said it three times, she immediately told me about some stem cell injections which would make my hair fuller and they can do right after the hair transplant. During the hair transplant you are in a small room with the door open and three people who, at least in my case, could not speak english. I told them to get the translator a couple times, but they either did not understand or did ignore me. They also wouldnt let me get up to use the toilet until I just got up and did it myself. This was, to be honest, a very demeaning moment. You are in pain on a table surrounded by people who do not understand you and who would not let you get up to use the toilet, although you keep telling them for an hour. They also kind of gently pressure you to give them a good review right after the operation, which, at least in my opinion, is also rather unprofessional.
So, all in all, it was very cheap, but I would gladly pay more to not be mistreated, lied to and have proper aftercare consultation.

Edit: They did not try to get in contact with me, as they claimed, so they are up to their usual lies :) And, funnily enough, they can't even spell their company name right.

This is my second visit to Turkeyana after my first hair transplant in 2020.
The experience was much much better than before. I liked the new facility and the new surgery protocol.
The team as usual gave me a 5 stars treatment and ensured smooth experience from the day I arrived to Istanbul to the follow ups after I traveled back home.
If you are looking for the best hair transplant experience Turkeyana is the answer.

The did the hair transplant and the result was absolutely amazing. I was impressed to the that made me go there and try myself and surely it was the best decision I made. A minor point to note: the only issue I encountered was that the drivers only spoke Turkish, which made communication a little difficult. However, to be fair, they were extremely kind, very punctual, and made sure to get you to your destination precisely.

Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and reliability.

I want to share something that I didn’t realize until going through this myself. This clinic shows a 4+ rating on Google, but that number seems misleading. Every time I’ve posted an honest review about my experience, it gets flagged almost instantly. I’ve had to resubmit multiple times, even though everything I wrote was accurate and supported by photos and weeks of messages.

My situation hasn’t been resolved. I was told many times that a plan was “coming soon,” but nothing concrete has ever been sent. The only fast replies I get are right after I post a review, which says a lot. Meanwhile, my reviews keep getting removed or pushed into “not published” status.

I’m writing this here because Trustpilot doesn’t seem to hide client feedback the way Google does, and people deserve to see the full picture. If you’re considering this clinic, just be aware of how the review system has been handled and the difficulty I’ve had getting a real solution

My name is Maick and this was my experience getting a hair transplant.
it took me 2 years to make the decision to get hair transplant. After meeting someone who had it done years ago, that person recommended me Turkeyana. He and his brother had hair transplant and they were both very satisfied. After meeting him I did some research on my own and compared different clinics side by side. In my research I learned that Turkeyana is not in the top 10 most recognized companies and I also found out there were some bad reviews. As I continued to research deeper I found out that all of the bad reviews Turkeyana had are related to the dental side of the clinic not hair transplant related so that gave me more confidence when making my decision. Also when comparing apples to apples with what other clinics offer, Turkeyana offers the same thing at a much more affordable price. To be honest with you, I was a little concerned on my way there due to the price difference with the same service but yet I took the chance because it was recommended to me first hand by someone I met. Now I concluded that the other clinics are charging way more for the same service or even less services, just because of their reputation being in the top ten clinics. In other words, these top ten clinics are charging way more just for their name.
Now my experience:
I traveled from USA to Istanbul and they had someone waiting for me at the airport. VIP transportation included in the package. I requested to be brought directly to the clinic for my evaluation and scheduled the surgery thereafter. The team made their final suggestions and upon agreement and after payment they began the hair transplant. Yes it’s true that some people in the team don’t speak English as I read in others reviews but that’s ok because you do have a translator available for you at all times. It has been 10 days now after my surgery. I’m back home. It all seems to me progressing and healing according to plan. I still ask questions and they answer within reasonable time.
The clinic looks amazing. They invested in having a great looking clinic. Fancy and like high-tech with electronic doors like a futuristic spaceship.
The service was great.
Everyone was very professional starting with my contact person Iqra. Iqra was the person who I was in touch with from the very beginning. I asked her a ton of question before and during my stay in Istanbul and she was always very patient with me and diligent. I highly recommend you getting a hold of Iqra directly if you are considering hair transplant with Turkeyana. She’ll be able to assist you from the beginning to the very end. I’m so glad that I made the choice to do my hair transplant with Turkeyana. I’m planing to share my experience with the public through YouTube and other platforms and just wanted to let you know how happy I am with everything.
Iqra will also make sure you receive everything that was agreed and promised. I loved the fact that they honored what they say. There were instances when I felt they might not do as I was told and sure enough everything that I was promised I received. If I was missing a bottle of vitamins all I had to do was send a text to Iqra and in minutes someone was bringing my bottle no questions asked.
Even on my departure after a few extra days in Istanbul, they honored their transportation agreement back to the airport although it was 8 days after my surgery and I was in a different hotel further from the clinic. That to me was a testament that they honored their word. I have so many great things to say about Turkeyana and my experience there that this message would get way too long so I think you got my point. I loved the team that performed the surgery on me. I’m so thankful to each one of them including my translators Mahamed and Ali for their great work.

Please don’t ever go here. They did huge damage to my mouth. I have filled lawsuits against them. Waiting on several more to join in. Horrible place want more info look me up. Please don’t I mean don’t let them work on you. Most of there reviews are fake aswell we also are gathering many people now for malpractice suite. Please please even look me up

This is just the beginning. I’ll continue once I receive more information. This is my fourth visit, but I still can’t say much yet because I’m waiting for answers to all my questions from the care department. I’ve already messaged her, and even the clinic has tried to contact her on my behalf, but I’m still waiting for a response.

I had my procedure done, and it went great from the staff to the procedure. I would highly recommend for anyone.
