We have tried many cleaning services, and people, but Turnaround is by far the best.

The staff has “the eye” to see what needs and should be cleaned. Their attention to detail is what we wanted, but rarely found.

We have had Turnaround for only three sessions so far, but quality is unwavering.

Marcel has been cleaning out flat (3 or 4 hours / week) for the past few months and without fail he has done an excellent Job. The longer he has been coming the better the fit and the more satisfied we are. He is personable, incredibly thorough, switched-on, and proactive in his approach. Importantly, he is willing to take on all the cleaning needs we have, from dusting, taking out the trash, vacuuming, mopping, ironing / folding clothes and even polishing the windows. Recently Marcel has taken on new staff and it’s good to see he is inculcating the same values and standards into them, he sets the bar very high. Of course he and his staff always wear mask / gloves and minimise interaction as much as possible. A great find as a cleaner!

I used Turnaround cleaners twice now. Marcel was the best cleaner we have had so far. He was extremely efficient and has a high quality of work. He also recommended certain products for us to ensure the best clean. I would highly recommend this service.

The team are lovely, professional and friendly. They have always done a great job for us and leave the place spotless!
