The process of uploading a photo and reviewing and amending the final image was really easy. The delivered canvas is excellent and was fully supported by regular communication.

You’re asking for a review when I’ve not received my product or gotten an update on when it’ll be complete.

For once I actually received something absolutely beautiful and even surpassed the pictures I received to 'review' thank you

It was a very easy process. They listened to my suggestions and came up great interpretation of my photo.

Here is my complaint in full to this company, really disappointed, being overcharged for a cheap frame is not the end of the world, but to receive something not only damaged due to them penny pinching and using the worst delivery company ever (formerly Yodel), but receiving something that is completely not what you approved is quite shocking. Next time i’ll buy a subscription to Adobe Photoshop and do it myself.

Regarding this order, you sent me 3 versions to initially approve, they were all disappointing but I chose the one I liked the best and asked if a minor change could be made without affecting the delivery, as this was supposed to be an anniversary gift. My message was ignored, the artwork changed which was much better, but the delivery was 3 days after the anniversary so a bit disappointing. What was very disappointing was to receive an email from Evri stating they would be delivering the parcel, everyone knows this courier is utter garbage and either doesn’t deliver your parcel, or delivers it damaged, so I knew the frame would be damaged…. It is. So, request ignored, delivery 3 days AFTER the special occasion, frame damaged albeit minor, not many people are going to hang a frame with a chunk taken out of it. Not great service, but it gets worse…. You haven’t even sent the correct version to the printer! You haven’t sent one of the first versions to the printer. So, i’ve paid nearly £100 to get the wrong product, damaged, 3 days after our anniversary. This really has been an atrocious experience.

I received something that I did not even order.And I contacted y'all , and I had not received any information back. I spent a hundred and twenty dollars on this and it was supposed to be a picture of me and my husband and it was a picture of a demon hunter hop girl. I don't even do demanding on our pop girl.I don't even know what the hell is it. I would like to get the picture that I sent you.. If you can contact me after 1 o'clock.My number is 9852102063

It has brought a distant memory back to my wife and I. It was for our 34 wedding anniversary to each other.

So according to your website and everything that I’ve looked at my picture should have already been sent. I placed my order and approved it 10/22/2025, I am in the United States and the longest it says that it would take was 15 days but I don’t know if that’s business days I’ve checked in a few times and I’m told that it’s with the printer and I’ll get an email when it ships, I don’t feel that I can give a proper review at this time as I have not seen the final project and it has yet to ship. I am also holding off on any future orders until I get a better understanding of the length of time it takes for the process.

I ordered a custom portrait of my dogs, Duke and Duchess, from Turned Art and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! The whole process was very easy. I sent in my photo, chose the watercolor style and white float frame on canvas, and they even sent me a proof before printing. I was able to make a couple of small edits to adjust the saturation and to make sure everything looked perfect. Their communication throughout was quick and friendly.

When the portrait arrived, it was packaged is a sturdy, and they added extra protection on all the corners so nothing got damaged. The quality of the canvas and frame is amazing, and it looks even better in person. Highly recommend Turned Art if you want something special and custom-made!
