Disgusting company.

I cancelled my services, they still billed me AFTER I cancelled. Kept sending me a past due notice which I did NOT owe; because I’m positive I cancelled.

The didn’t care. The manager was so incredibly rude.

Now, it hit my credit. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB, CRPB, and attorney general.

This company misrepresented my dates of service and when I cancelled. I’ll make it my mission to rate them everywhere I can.

I feel very deceived and have paid for three treatments in a month! I was supposed to get back a credit after fighting with their horrible customer service but still have not received it.
Stay far away!

Save yourself the disappointment. Techs don't show up, don't call, and when you call them, they push it off until the "next" visit. We had more ants, wasp nests, and more weeds after one year than when we hired them. No shows and ineffective, incomplete treatments are typical. They also sneak in unapproved charges after refusing to treat your lawn.

Maurizio Williams showed up Today to do the routine pest control inside and outside my house. Maurizio is service oriented guy, respectful and professional. He's always on time and reliable. He listen carefully to my concerns. He's being doing this service for a couple of years and meets my expetation. I'm extremely happy with his job.

We have had Turner Pest Control for several years and their service has always been great. Treatment guys have always been great and friendly. I wanted to change service as I had a good friend who had his own company and wanted to support him. I called the end of August and was told to wait until they treated my home on Sept. 8th then cancel. I now find that I owe $197 for that service on 9/8. I thought that meant that I had already paid for the 8th. He just wanted to be able to bill another $197 before I canceled. I just found out with a new invoice.

Turner has poor termite control services, customer service & billing. There’s nothing good about a company that overcharges for poor service.

Turner showed up to provide quarterly pest service but failed to notify me prior to the visit that they had changed the service visits from 4 to 3 on a yearly basis, but maintained the same overall yearly price. Therefore, Turner was providing one-third less service for the same price as four. When I received my bill and contracted them regarding this issue, Turner tried to tell me I was getting the same service!!
I wrote the a detailed letter, terminated my service and paid my bill in the amount of the previous bill for the quarter. They have since been dunning me with text messages and telephone calls regarding the unpaid amount which is $28! Is this a company anyone would want to do business with?

I wasn’t happy with either their pest control or lawn services (mud dobbers all over my home, spiders, torpedo grass everywhere, etc. !!), so I called to cancel, but now they’re telling me it’s $500 to get out of my 1 year contract. Beware, they will rip you off.
