3 months of constant phoning to eventually get a refund for items that arrived damaged.
I was assured a refund for the return signed for postage which has never materialised yet either

Deliberately sent/sold wrong items
Deliberately sent/sold wrong items. As I liked their Sportsmans leads, , I ordered 8 x "Sportsmans leads" in 2 different colours, via their current website. I was sent 8 leads in one colour, totally different, unyielding material. Horrible. No warning. Nothing. I'm told by a relative that the Sportsmans leads as shown on the website haven't been available for ages, yet they still advertise them. I have written 3 times to them and they have yet to respond.

Brilliant service
I placed my order for three items after lunch on Friday and received an email to say that it had been shipped that evening.
Lunchtime Saturday, Royal mail deliver my parcel.
If only others companies could do the same.
