Hello Nancy,
I am very appreciative of my stay there, although there were some issues.
1. During the extreme heat 95°+ the Minisplit/AC did not reach nor was the a fan for the bedroom therefore was forced to rent an additional lodging for a few nights while undergoing a medical procedure.
2. There is a large depression in the center of the mattress making sleeping significantly uncomfortable and head sinks below the head board at a downward angle.
3. Dog allowed to be barking at main house in back yard for long periods often directly under the bedroom window at 6AM most every morning
4. There were moisture ants present in the kitchen so a purchase and set up traps successfully to treat them.
