Excellent installation of levelling system
Had a fantastic service from initial enquiry email to collection of our motorhome after the work was completed. We were advised of all available options with regards to hydraulic levelling systems and air suspension options. Malcolm & John have carried out an exceptionally tidy job and office staff were friendly, helpful and very timely with their involvement too. Would not hesitate to use them again when required.

Fitting of full E&P levelling system
Delivered my caravan for 08:00 to have the full E&P self levelling system fitted. Was met by Malcolm who was polite and informed me the job would be completed by 16:00 - 17:00 which it was. You would never have known anyone had been in the van. It was left in a neat and tidy condition. Malcolm gave a full demonstration of the system before I left the premises too. Very professional and highly recommended.

Terrible communication
Terrible communication, I was given a price which I gave them permission to go ahead with repairs.When job was done I was given price which was £400 more. Surely I should have been informed during proceedings.If I new the finishing price before they started I would never have gone ahead.

Excellent service as usual
Due to illness I couldn’t collect our caravan following its service. Malcolm’s team held on to it for several months, and eventually delivered it back to us, a distance of over 50miles.
