At first, I received a stone with a color that was quite different from the advertisement. After emailing the company, I received an explanation about the color difference, and they promptly arranged for a replacement stone that was more to my liking. The second one was very beautiful, and I am very happy with my order. I would recommend adding several photos to the site to clarify that colors may vary, but overall, the service was very good.

Beautiful jewellery and good quality too. The gold enveloping the stones are unfortunately not stainless steel and will turn green if exposed to water. Apart from that I am very pleased and a repeated buyer.

Beautiful stones and nicely packaged, also quick delivery but they are not real so I have them for a while now and this one is turning rose gold (de gold layer is coming off and my neck turns green) that’s too bad. I would order again tho! Just the cheaper peaces because much money for a non-stainless is a no go.

The stones are so lovely as well as the packaging. I was smiling when my order came in with a hand written note. Was being informed about an out of stock necklace and that it would be shipped the next week. Really nice to read instead of an email. Customer Service was also very rapid in response. I would give a 5 star, however, I got some necklaces as gifts and it would be nice if the descriptions were much more elaborate like on the website, so the receivers could also read them.
