Excellent channel selection. The picture quality is very impressive, have not experienced any buffering / freezing at all.

I highly recommend layer seven service. I’ve been with them for almost a year and love it. I paid for one year and will buy another year when it expires. I have got 3 friends to get a year of service and they all love it too. 99% buffer free. I’ve had many other services and they can’t compare with layer seven. They all buffer to the point where I just turn the tv off. Do not hesitate to go with layer seven. 5 star customer service too

Been with layer seven for around 6 months now. At first my experience was great but slowly that faded. Constantly have channels that are blacked out and when you reach out to their support team all your told is they will coordinate with the team internally and get back with you. Their "help" discord is just a server of customers who outside of basic setup help can't really offer much and the admins in the server don't reply to anything unless it's payment related. Issues that used to be solved in a day or so now take them weeks to solve and there's no communication back to the customer unless you reach back out to check on the issue.

was a bit out of my depth having to use bitcoin but the service is great and the customer support i can only class as outstanding.

Take a little to get use to and setup but their chat always there to help and works Great!!

Was having an issue with viewing, reached out for help with correcting the problem. They responded fast and fixed the issue on the first contact.

Everything about this company is fantastic! The customer service is second to none; they have gone above and beyond expectations any time I have reached out to them. I haven't experienced any issues with the service and the selection of content is amazing. You can't go wrong with LayerSeven!

I ordered a subscription and paid them with bitcoin. A day later I still don't have my subscription data. They scammed me for about $60. Customer service replied in a timely manner and explained what had happened and even gave me a free month to try out. Changed my previous rating and gave them what they deserved 5 stars. Customer Service is excellent.

Had a connectivity issue lately, then contacted Layerseven TV stating the issue. They responded right away to my concerns back and forth until the issue was resolved. Happy, and thankful to layerseven for their fast solving technical team.

The Layerseven TV is just an Excellent service, I highly recommend. They have more than 33K live tv and a lot of moves and series. they also have several servers to accommodate all users.
Moreover, they have excellent support and help (24/7), very quick respond and fixing any problems you may face. Thank you for your service.

Woke up and nothing was working. I sent a message and found out the EPG was updated and was sent the new update. I am not tech savvy so I re-messaged for help. They sent information that walked me through the process easily and it corrected the issues

I’m not real tech savvy and when I couldn’t get my connection to work, the excellent customer support team was more than patient and helpful to get me all hooked up.

Service itself is good. However support is pretty much non-existent.

I've been trying it out for a month and have noticed a few channels that are with missing, or the incorrect stream attached to it. Also noticed that certain VOD series need to be fixed.

So I emailed both the admin (who states are the owner) and support. All I got are canned messages saying they will look into it, but never do. I've emailed them on June 28, July 3 and more recently, and same exact messaging with no results.

So you can say there is support, but there really isn't any.

And now that they only accept Bitcoin, I would be weary of signing up with them for anything long term.

I deleted my first review for this site at the urging of the admin/support stating the same. And nothing's changed.

It's not enough to say you're busy and receive a lot of requests. Over 2 weeks and no resolution is unacceptable.

You can't be reviewed as a glowing service if support does nothing for you.

And yes. I am speaking of the correct site.
