Just moved into my new home and was having trouble with no tv connection.
Called up and they were able to come that afternoon.. Guy told me the issue, sorted it and within 45 I was back watching tv again
Can’t fault them .would def recommend them..

Booked an appointment and was advised at 9.00am the projected time of arrival. The engineer arrived and very quickly dealt with the problem. He ensured all was working

Engineer was very knowledgeable and carried out the works very well. Also good customer care service.

When we contacted this company they said they could visit the same day. Unfortunately the engineer was held up on another job so we agreed another date convenient for us. The engineer rang in advance as promised and attended our caravan and replaced the aerial promptly. All issues appear to have resolved. I would highly recommend this company

Prompt visit to my home following initial phone call. The technician successfully diagnosed the issues that were present with the existing aerial and wiring setup to both living room and bedroom.

Excellent service, though there was a slight misunderstanding on pricing but was sorted amicbly.

I have since found out that during installation, my Internet has been disconnected. I have beentry all day to have the situation rectified to no avail. I know this was accidental but feel it should have been checked to see if all was working. I'm aware that perhaps I should have thought about this before the installer left.
