Unfortunately, this bed isn’t great quality in terms of the overall structure and slats, and it looks nothing like the picture advertised. I’m confident the image shown is not the bed I was sent.

It also came with no clear instructions and was very complicated to put together. I had to try three different layouts before eventually figuring it out because the instructions were so unclear.

Overall, I’m really not very happy, which is disappointing because the customer service around delivery was exceptional. However, once the bed was delivered, I emailed to ask for instructions and never received a response — even now, around four weeks later.

Quality bed and equally quality service. Ordered Friday, delivered Tuesday, even over a bank holiday weekend. Very knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

My Alpha tv bed showed up on time and very clearly labelled with easy assembly instructions. We had a bit of trouble with the tv release button but one quick phone call with customer services and they were able to give us the handy tip that worked a treat as we weren’t quite doing it right. Very happy with the standard and quality of the bed and the service has been excellent all the way down to the delivery firm. Thank you very much Tvbeds

I ORDER A TV BED IN JANUARY AND WAS TOLD 6 WEEKS DELIVERY.....STILL WAITING KEPT CHANGING DELIVERY DATE SAYING NOT IN PORT DUE SOON MONTHS WENT PAST SO I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN YESTERDAY REQUESTING UPDATE NO REPLY SO I WENT TO WEBCHAT TODAY AGAIN TOLD WOULD BE IN PORT IN 2 DAYS THEN IT STAYS IN WAREHOUSE FOR A WEEK BEFORE A DELIVERY DAY WILL BE SENT TO ME .
