What a scam this company is, to anyone reading their reviews before purchasing! Do not buy from these people. They just do a disappearing act on you leaving you without the product and without any refund. It's just a shame the review only goes down to 1x star and can't record a minus.

I paid for an annual subscription, but after jut a couple of months it stopped working. My messages have been ignored. Their website is still active, and the Trustpilot rating shown there appears to be misleading. This feels like a scam!

I’ve had this service for a year it was working great not much issues until the past 1-2 months it stopped working had to ask for a new log in, they replied with new codes until this past week I haven’t got a reply seems like their ignoring so class it as a scam. don’t use this company!

Don’t normally leave bad reviews, had this for a year and it worked great, but it seemed a different help service. I then bought a year package for 2 tvs. And it’s been awful, once they gave me a new codes but now no reply. And so I paid 100 pound for 1 month of tv. Do not use This company!!

Complete scam. System has been down for over 2 weeks now. Messages and emails ignored. Don’t waste your money on this product.

A scam company and like all my friends who used this service it stopped and no customer service and they ignore your messages.

Like all the previous reviews. Worked for a couple of months. They were quick to respond but now nothing.

This is by far the worst company I have ever used. They take your money and provide a service that rarely works, and when you reach out to try and resolve and be able to use their product your are ignored. It makes your blood boil .

Purchase for a year but stopped working within 3 months contact them several times no response at all avoid save your money bloody scammers

Service- doesn’t work, will never work for more than 5 mins.
Server- Doesn’t work.
Customer service- They do not reply to you and will not help you.

Absolutely shocking..worked well for few days. Now it seems every other day it's all offline on both devices. Constantly waiting to hear back after days. They do a new server

Works for a day then goes off.
Avoid at all costs. Contacting bank to see if they can claim it back.

This TV service is useless
No Customer service
It works sometimes but usually when nobody wants to watch TV like Monday morning, but when I try to watch sport at the weekend it doesn't work

Paid for 1 year, stopped working after 3 months.
Customer service did reply and fix the issue once but failed to reply once it stopped a second time.

In six months we have had to reset the server three times. It crashes all the time. Shows don't get updated for ages. Waste of money. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

No response to messages either. Happy to take your money but don't want to help.

I won’t lie, I did have a bit of trouble with my iptv. It stopped working and I did message their customer service and it took a while but in the end I did get a reply and I got both of my devices sorted. When it is working this iptv is great so if your looking for cheap and fairly-ish reliable iptv then this is great you will just have to be a bit patient.

☆☆☆☆ Unreliable service – stopped working, no support

I purchased a 1-year IPTV subscription from tv box lab. After only a couple of months, the service completely stopped working and shows a “playlist error” on my TV.

I have contacted them multiple times using different methods, but they never respond and do not even read messages. There is no customer support at all and no explanation or refund.

Selling a one-year subscription and then disappearing when the service fails is unacceptable. This feels misleading and unprofessional.

I strongly advise against buying long-term subscriptions from tv box lab. Once there is a problem, you are ignored.

Terrible service, terrible customer service, terrible people. Terrible.
