I don’t often leave reviews, but I wanted to thank Jimmy and the team for the exceptional helpfulness, advice and support pre and post-sale and also what a fantastic bit of kit the Navimow i108E is!
This is my first foray into a robotic mowers and I had really been waiting for one that could manage WITHOUT boundary wires. After a quick and easy installation and mapping process I wanted to see how well it would cope.
I have installed the Navimow garage in a tight space and when mapping I only mapped the permitter and let the NaviMow automatically sort out some tricky areas including a seating area, some trees in the middle of the garden and a partial willow igloo that has a very tight and odd patch of grass behind and inside it and a few days in and has worked it all out admirably and even found better ways to tackle the area automatically!. Very impressed with the product and the service from Jimmy and TVGM.

Excellent prompt service. Petrol mower hasn’t been used for 5 years and now up and running nicely. Good value for money too.

It is rare to be left positively surprised by the level of service nowadays but TVGM did just that. Booking a repair and service for a ride-on John Deere mower that had frustrated me for some Months with an increasingly regularly thrown drive belt, I booked it in for investigation and a service. I was pleased and surprised to get a confirmation call (with a detailed discussion on the issue) AND collection the next day but AMAZED to get a call to say it was fully serviced and fixed only two days later, with delivery the following day. A very friendly service, great work and the mower even got a clean! It is running better with the problem fully fixed in an economical way. Cannot recommend this great team enough.

I've used tvgm now three times and, honestly, apart from paying for the service, it has been a good experience. (Paying is not good for me!) And, yes, I will be using them again as my Westwood lawn tractor is getting as cranky as me. D A B Andover Down

Superb service, fast and efficient. Had 2 Ride-on mowers serviced, 4 day turnaround for both. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Collected Monday, returned Wednesday. After a little accident with the mower they managed to weld it back together and service it all within 48hrs. Even managed to test drive it same day. Thank you so much.

My mower was giving me endless problems before it was collected by Jimmy and Philip. Within a week it was running like a ferrari and has never cut better! I honestly couldn't rate their service higher - a pleasure to deal with and at a very reasonable cost. And they have sorted me out with a robotic mower!! Life changing!!!

TVGM turned a reluctant mower into a first time starter with a a very sharp cut - what joy - a different machine. Would highly recommend TVGM's services

Friendly team who came at short notice to look at my garden tractor, diagnosed the issues, gave me options on costs, took it away and fixed it. Returned in less than 24 hours. Fabulous. All very efficient and professional. Would strongly recommend them.

Excellent, speedy service. My lawn mower was repaired in 6 days and the team at Test Valley Garden Machinery collected it and delivered it back free of charge!!
