I am so impressed with this company from start to finish. I ordered the white 75" frame for the Samsung Frame. It looks STUNNING and is such a design & aesthetic game changer for the room, especially when you want your TV to not look like a TV 😆 I also want to say a huge thank you to their excellent customer service and product guarantee. The TV Guard is a perfect fit, it's design is so sleek you don't even notice it on. It's protected our TV from splashes, knocks and bumps from my autistic son who has previously broken 2 TV's. We are very happy with our purchase so far.

BAD SERVICE- OK PRODUCT
To be honest i don't know how to rate.
4 star product, 1 star service.
the plexiglass is ok, surely not worth 250€
the cost is so overpriced but is light, is not so reflective, looks sturdy , i guess is protective. if you don't know you have on the tv, you don't realize.
be aware guys the forwarder can ask for 100€ of custom fee, they don't say to you during the initial chat in the website.
I contacted tvguard and they said it's written in their policy, when i asked to show me , disapperead :)
maybe is written in turkish.
the product itself is ok, but in amazon you find for 100€

HONEST REVIEW FROM SKEPTICAL CUSTOMER
About Me: I am in the US, ordered the TV Guard mid-march of 2025, and was hesitant to order because I couldn't find the company via the BBB. My initial thoughts were that the website seemed a bit sketchy because of the differences between the mobile and desktop versions. However, I did see some reviews via Trustpilot and decided to go ahead and order a TV Guard for my Samsung TV.
About TV Guard: Their price is competitive in the market of similar products after browsing through Amazon. The quality and customization of the product is phenomenal. They match your TV model number with the dimensions required for you. The TV Guard is relatively low-weight and easy to install. I have a pretty hefty wall mount, but I was cautious about adding more weight. Everything worked out fine. The shipping was about a week from Turkey to California.
If I need another guard, I will order from the TV guard!
