Worst service in the entire spectrum
Worst service in the entire spectrum! Phones fouled up for 2 weeks. Now have no land line or cell. 93 years old and no way to contact emergency services! And Spectrum, with it's millions of dollars and expertise can't fix the problem. Hours spent on phones with them until service went completely out! I pay almost $300 for Spectrum service plus $30 for cell service I don't have. Why can't all those darned geniuses figure it out? HELP!!
