Bought 3 x subscription in feb25 it was good and bad until November 25 customer service was good and fast reply at times. But since November they disappeared lost 4 months of subscription recently they message again I have provided payment proof on whatsapp but they are ignoring and not replying our messages.
Amazing service and first class support
They are amazing, when i have an issue they always fix it quick, or if they cant they gives you an alternative to enjoy the product you have got.
Ive been with them for over 2 years and now im due to renew and i will renew for another year.
I have used this service for nearly 1 year now.The service is very reliable,but most importantly their customer service is brilliant. And the prices are very reasonable.

Where can I start ? Their 24/7 support is rubbish, their email ? They don't reply & the money back guarantee ? that don't work either.
Your reply certainly makes good reading, shame really it's not actually followed through, to little to late, actions speaks louder than words.
