I'm at a loss to understand how a company can legally be charging customers to continually not provide what they're paying for.
Sure, only 7 quid a month but out of those 4 weeks I probably only have one week in total where I can log in without issues or access the channels without the dreaded "sorry an unknown error occured" or "failed to load video".
In response to all the crap reviews, there is no ownership and a commitment to better the app & service.
Just a "cut & paste" response to contact them. For what? They then respond that these are known issues and we have to bear with them. Which we do. And nothing changes.
No offer of reimbursement for the days of TV we can't watch. So regardless of the problems, these guys are onto a nice little number.
Whilst the customers should be grateful to even be able to log in.
I'm done! Subscription cancelled, my 7 quid is going to the local animal shelter instead.

Signs you out all the time which is a real pain. Can’t change channels without going back to home screen. Buggy. Overall just a bad app but the only choice for people wanting to watch live tv on fire stick! 😩

Shocking & unprofessional.
Unable to log into my account for 3 days now and watch tv - told "yes, issue is known & engineers trying to fix". You think this is an acceptable level of service?! That your customers are paying good money each month to NOT be able to access and watch your app?! You must be laughing all the way to the bank.
If it's a known issue, be proactive & send a blanket mail to your customers and alert them to the possibility.
You even helpfully advised me that I could cancel my subscription online directly. Clearly ignoring that I had just informed you that I can't bloody access my account!
Totally happy to never have to deal with TVplayer ever again. My cat could provide a better service.

It cuts out and freezes. Every single time you have to log in because it's incapable of remembering your log in. It's not very good and I can't see why people would use it.

Awful..Don't waste your money. Constantly and I mean, EVERY day it freezes or simply does not load!! Reading all the reviews (should have done more research before purchasing 🤦♀️🤦♀️) I would not have bothered.
I'll e-mail them because that's all they'll put on the response to this review...maybe instead of sending the email address, type what it actually is you are doing to 'work so hard in fixing the problem' because from where I can see, doesn't appear that any effort has been made to rectify the problem that everyone seems to be having!!!!

Payment taken 4 days ago but only have access to channels 1-5 as of yesterday. Have contacted TVPlayer directly and still waiting for outcome
No BBC channels now. Yes I can go to their iplayer but thats not the point is it!! They are still shown as being available!

Picture freezes every few minutes, and I have to exit to menu, and click on the channel again. Also, frequently just reverts to the program guide, or a blank screen in the middle of a program. It's really annoying, and this app needs drastic improvement

Still absolute rubbish. Every single time...watch for a few moments and ‘unable to load’ every day that I tried to use it the current day doesn’t work ...but ‘yesterday ‘ does, for a few minutes. Don’t waste your time just go straight to the ITV or BBC or whatever the channel and use their app.
And NO tvplayer I will not contact you directly as you requested several times....you can address known problems on this forum for all to see.
It used to be fine....sack your programmers and start again.

Just signed in and paid the fee only to be continually asked to sign up. As soon as click on a program I want to watch it jumps up with pay (again). Unbelievable, not even watched one show

A lovely lady at amazon, told me to cancel TVP on firestick, she did it for me, and refunded this month's money. All my channels were locked, so she said to go to TVP website and register on that, I had to use a different email address. So I did, and it is perfect. 😊👌
More bugs than an ants nest!! It used to keep kicking me out and I would have to log in again every day. My latest bug is I’m a Premium member paying monthly and now I can’t access any premium content :-(

I have had this on my Amazon fire stick for over a year and have a few issues.
I have the app on my tv and when I went to watch a channel it claimed I hadn’t subscribed. I checked my account online and it says unsubscribe however, I have an ongoing direct debit with amazon. My money was taken out on the 7/7/20 and yet I cannot access any of the “premium channels” I only have freeview.
I emailed with proof of purchase on the 6/7/20 and got a response in the morning. I had been informed that my account had been refreshed but alas I still have no access to my channels. I uploaded photos of my issue and I was told that my email had been passed on to someone else. So it is now the end of the working day and I haven’t heard back from this other person.
Needless to say as much as I love the channel I signed up to get on this as now tv don’t offer the channel I will be looking elsewhere.

Mrs used the app on her roku box but its stopped working now used to work without any problems was great for live tv.
Ive uninstalled the app and reinstalled it checked to see if its upto date which it is so im at a loss.

Would give it no stars if I had a choice!
There is literally not one day that I use it that it doesn't have some sort of problem from kicking you out in the middle of programs to straight up just not working... like today 307/9/3/5 error messages. At least 80% of the channels not working... on any platform.
DO NOT waste your money on this sh**e!!

Worked great for the first few weeks however now it constantly freezes on certain channels. More channels have been added which is great however more freezing! I think I’ll just cancel this as it’s not worth the hassle!

Worked reasonably well but for the last few weeks it's got progressively worse, cutting out regularly and now won't work at all. I can't even access their helpline to find out what's going on. Some information would be useful, I found out that there was a problem from online forums. They need to get their act together.
