Sent faulty product 9th December. Contacted them 29th December to say faulty. They asked for video. Sent video on 29th December. Long story short they’ve not even looked at video. Asked for return and refund by 2nd January. Fobbed off. Failed collection and again. Eventually faulty item collected. 5 weeks after initially contacting them about faulty broken item they sent me. Now they’re saying can’t have refund as over 30 days! And they’re sending me it back! I don’t think so. Avoid using TVShop at all costs.

What a hoax! Once you think you paid an amount for a product it doubles! Then there is no way to cancel it nor a way to contact this source. Do not buy from them they are out to screw uou.

I just received the hydro wonder ordered recently we are so disgusted/disappointed with the quality of this item I may as well have gone down to the foam shop local and had a piece of sponge cut off would have been cheaper honestly it is not worth $60 if they didn't charge $20 to return I would be returning it, what a waste of money/quality and time. Never again will I shop with TV Shop

Called about a product they advertised and the lady was rude. She got angry with me when I showed surprise about the P&P charge. In fact she kept repeating her annoyance throughout the call. I ended up telling her how I felt which was embarrassed and ashamed of myself for not knowing. I told her that I didn't want to proceed. She called me back in the afternoon to apologize and asked again if I wanted to go ahead with the sale and I said NO. She shouldn't have made me feel like an idiot. Does she do it to vulnerable people? This is NOT ON, TV Shop!

I bought the Zippy Sweeper after seeing the ad on TV, but it is not what was expected and does not work as well as shown on TV, so I contacted them to do a return, firstly I rang and they were going to get someone to call me back, I waited 3 days and hadn't received a call, so I called them back to get the return authority number that they need to send the item back, but the terms and conditions of the return policy are a joke, you may be charged a handling fee and all sorts of other things, I understand that I have to pay for return, but I might not get my money back if the item is damaged, I am not happy with the small print, but will keep the Zippy sweeper because they have turned me away from buying anything else from the TV Shop

Never received the Christmas ornament organizer that I ordered in December but they took the money!!!!! And claim that it’s been delivered, after 3 months of requesting a refund
My friend purchased a car batter…
My friend purchased a car batter charger unit for my birthday and the item was sent to him without the unit charger.
There was a note in the pack saying "the charger is out of stock and will be sent to you later" but nothing was sent.
We followed up for months and months.
T.V Shop gave us a lot of run around. We also had to speak to different staff members at their customer service so we had to repeat ourselves several times to the new staff explaining the situation.
Eventually T.V Shop told us the charger was dis-countinued and that we had to buy another charger from an electronic shop in Sydney and pay for it ourselves in full.
We asked if T.V Shop would pay for the charger as they initially sold a product where parts were missing and they simply refused to and said we had to pay for it!
My friend was also not told initially that the item would be sent to him without the charger therefore it did not give my friend a choice to purchase or not! My friend only found out after he received the item with a note saying the charger was going to be sent to him later.
I found T.V Shop mis-leading, unreliable, dis-honest and their customer service hopeless!
