I didn’t know about the subscription…

I didn’t know about the subscription hence I want the refund. However the service I got from the team members was satisfactory since they got to understand my situation and my case regarding the subscription.

Unknown account

We had an account and we didn't know we had ask for it. I contacted the chat of tvshop.store to stop the account and they promised me they would do anything to stop it and I will get a refund.
They were very kind to me.
