We went back to Thames Valley Window to get our garage/studio fitted out with windows and door to match our existing work we had done in our kitchen and dining area. These were done 10 years ago and we decided to match it in the studio area.

We went down to Bracknell and went through our options and decided on what we wanted. After that we had a surveyor visit us to check all the measurements and 8 weeks later we had all the work done in the one day and everything was as specified.
So we are very happy with our experience and thought the carpenters were excellent!

The whole process of choosing, ordering, surveying and fitting went smoothly. There was a minimum need for preparation and the financial program was simple.

The company is both friendly and professional. They did an excellent job, the windows are good quality and professionally installed and they kept me informed at each step. I just wish I had used them for the replacement windows I had fitted 5 years ago by a far inferior company.

Everyone I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Before the carpet could be fitted we needed a repair to the floor boards. TVCF recommended a carpenter who was able to mend the floor and who later came back to adjust the doors.
Carpet fitters on the day worked solidly all day, to bring the original 2 day schedule into just one day.

We were very pleased with the service delivered by TVW from initial enquiry, through design, planning permission and subsequent installation.
TVW Designer provided a single point of contact throughout the project bringing together all the many parties involved in the delivery.
All of these parties were professional, timely and tried to limit the inevitable disruption as much as possible. We are very happy with the new Orangery, windows and patio.

We chose Thames Valley Windows because they are resellers for Solarlux bifold doors and local to us. Their approach was both professional and courteous. The installation team call for special mention. Installation involved removing a stub wall and making good the plaster work. The installers were careful, considerate. They took a great deal of care so as to minimise the disruption and overall did an excellent job.
We are absolutely delighted with our new windows.

We first saw the windows in a Google image search on the manufacturers website (Everglades) and TVwindows were listed as installers for Surrey. We were replacing a mixture of original Crittal windows and 1970's aluminium windows and really liked the look of the air heritage windows. We found the sales process very easy and when we visited your showroom we switched from white to black and we are very happy with that choice.

We removed secondary glazing as part of the project and used acoustic glass in the new windows. This has worked really well in reducing the noise of passing traffic and making the rooms feel peaceful indoors.

The installation process went smoothly and your obviously loyal and long serving staff made us feel very content with the installation and snagging.

Delighted with our new windows. Changing the design slightly as suggested has really brought the two different styles of our home together, wish we had thought of this sooner! TVW continue to be very friendly & easy to deal with, from office & sales staff right through to surveyors and fitters. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my windows and doors.
