Very easy to use and find good, responsive freelancers
I posted a scope of works for an InDesign script and within a day had 5 offers, 1 of which I took up. The twago site was very easy to use and I even received a personal email prompt to select a freelancer when I did not select straightaway. This shows great attention to detail.

Very intuitive and comprehensive platform
Twago is an excellent matching platform, there was no functionality I missed and the interface is very intuitive. Some small areas of improvement around confirmation of amounts to upload to the wallet and ability to sort offers for the project. The profiles of freelancers is extremely helpful.

This the worst company that I have ever dealt with
this company does not answer their support line. They respond to emails with vague info, most of which does not answer your question. They
respond more than 24hr later, making any questions being addressed for days. Their website account doesn't follow the real project and is not computer friendly.. I would never use them again. Its been a week and
nothing has been clearly answered. They have hidden fees not explained
in the invoice.
