Unfortunately I have experienced terrible customer service. I had a problem with an order and despite sending 5 emails over 5 days have still had no response from them

Excellent company
I cannot speak enough for this wonderful company! Placed an order, which arrived so quickly! The haircare products are amazing - especially the Almond cleansing balm :-) :-) I didn’t claim my free gift with my first order, as it wouldn’t let me checkout etc. Today I received a parcel off Tweak’d with my free gift ( cleansing balm ) So nice. Really really wonderful experience. Products are divine..
