Excellent service in replacing oil tank and installing fire protection panels. Great communication throughout. Very friendly and professional engineer and installers . Transferred the oil in the existing tank, removed and disposed of the old tank while respecting our property. The whole process was very smooth and great attention to detail in installing the fire protection panels.

On fitting day the boys arrived on time and had the job done in great time
They were so polite and informed me at all stages
They even painted the required fire board the colour off my fence with some spare paint I had

We came back from holiday and discovered we had an oil leak, we contacted Tweeds immediately, as they have been our oil supplier for over 25 years! They came to our assistance very quickly and drained the old tank, removed the old tank, and replaced us with a new bunded tank and refilled it with the drained oil! Their service to us, was superb and they took the pressure of us in a very stressful situation!

I always order my home heating oil from Tweed’s, for my home and my Airbnb business. They have a small tanker which a lot of other companies don’t have and they will price match. If you’ve discovered you’re nearly out of oil they will try their utmost to get to you quickly. They are a small, local company, they tick all the boxes, are pleasant to deal with and efficient. It’s important to me to support a local company. They also have a good selection of garden furniture, so I’d recommend a visit if you’re shopping for garden furniture. Oh…they also deliver gas for cooking and bbq’s and coal. Why would you go elsewhere?
