Item was not as described and I have been completely ignored when reaching out to the company.
I ordered a key ring and it was advised as being grape but looked more mauve on the website. The item came and was bright purple. I emailed the company to try to resolve the issue and I have never received a reply despite sending an email and then a formal complaint email.
Absolutely shocking and rude. No item and it’s been over 2 months!! Automated response when messaged.
Items not dispatched over 5 weeks after order. No response to numerous emails. No phone number available. No update or refund available. Terrible service, avoid at all costs.
Items brought from this company. After a month told the items were now in stock and would then be dispatched that week. A further week later. No confirmation that items were dispatched. Sought mutiple updates from owner with no reply. In the end advised that we would have to contact credit card company as no reply from them with an update or keeping us informed despite requests. Suddenly a refund issued on threat of escalating. No apology or reason as to why our order was not forfilled. I would avoid this company at all costs as the owner is clearly dishonest (suspect items were never in stock even though we were told they were ready to dispatch and would be dispatched). Thus please therefore never do business with this company as you can't believe anything they tell you. Honesty is always the best policy. Would have waited as long as necessary, if open honest and clear with us. In the end they got stuck by there own lies and delaying tactics. What a real shame as all we needed was transparency and would have waited as long as needed. AVOID at all costs.
Bad quality products and a bad customer service
Order took much longer than expected with no communication. When order received it was incomplete and one of the labels was incorrect. Have emailed multiple times without response. Very poor!!
I have ordered from this company a couple of times, on both occasions I had to chase them to ask about when the goods will be sent to me. The first time it took 3 weeks and the second time almost as much.
Order not received. Had to get refund from PayPal.
