It's disheartening to hear that the process of receiving your orders has been plagued by issues with customs documentation, resulting in the packages being returned and the subsequent penalty for overdue tasks. I completely understand your disappointment, especially considering the time and effort you've put into ordering these items.

While Twelve Sixteen may excel in Denmark, it's clear that our operations have fallen short when it comes to international deliveries, particularly in your case living in Spain, Canary Islands.
